In a small Texas town the Sheriff comes across a young woman stranded on the side of the road. She is in a wedding gown and driving a Ferrari. He stops!! And their story starts. It is an entertaining read as they fall for each other and he gets her out of a mess. She was running but why is the funny part. It is an entertaining read and I enjoyed it. I definitely recommend it.
Loved it from the first page. Easy read and entertaining.
Runaway bride meets local veterinarian in the middle of the night after the bride avoids hitting a dog. The dog disappears. The bride hides out in Small Town, Texas. There is something to be said about the kindness of this small town’s citizens. ADAM is a fun, quick read.
Very fast moving kept my interest.
I like the way the story kept moving, and it had plot twists that kept my interest. There was a surprising element that added to the overall romantic plot that was an extra bonus. I was so engaged with this book that I read all 7 in the series this week (when I should have been doing other things).
Quick read. Nice that it’s a stand alone story.
Such a great story. I want to read the whole series to eet all the other characters.
This author is new to me. I read this and book two in the last two days. On to book 3 of the series!!
Just loved it from beginning to end. Once you read Adam you will be hooked and read the entire Farraday clan. Home and family mean something to these men.
The runaway bride is rescued by the local vet and finds herself in small town Texas. She gets herself a waitressing job to make a little money. Unfortunately, the FBI is looking for her. When her ex find her, she has to rescue herself. There is a happy ending.
I couldn’t put it down. It made the flight from Boston to San Francisco short. I will read this author again
This was a sweet story with likable characters. I’m already starting Book 2 in the series.
Enjoyed. Want to read the rest of the series.

Margaret Colleen O’Brien found out that her fiancé was less than stellar just before she was to walk down the aisle. She did what she thought best, drove off to parts unknown. She swerved to miss a dog and ran off the road causing a flat tire. Adam Farraday, the town’s veterinarian, found her and took her into town. Damage to the car was extensive thus costly. She planned on staying only long enough to get the car repaired. She needed a job fast. The whole town took her in and sheltered her. No one knew her story but felt like they should protect her especially the Farraday family. Adam and Meg felt sparks when together. Can love in it’s infancy withstand and endure with all the mystery surrounding Meg? I loved the town’s people and in particular the Farradays. Wish the story would have solved the mystery of the dog. Good clean story with a hint of heat. Can’t wait to read the rest of this series.
This was a well written book which I really enjoyed!
This book was definitely a page turner. I am looking forward to the next book in this series. Highly recommend, great read.
Didn’t rely on steamy sex to tell story. Stories kept up interest and have read more is series. Left book with enough interest to read more.
This is an easy read. The story line is a good one and I believe that there must be a sequel. I started it last night and just now finished it. Interesting circumstances kept me wanting more. My only criticism is that the ending was abrupt.
The author drew me in to this story from page one. I fell in love with the characters and this town!
Enjoyable story with wonderful characters!
