A is for ache. C is for choice. H is for his. E is for Everly. I have always gotten the short end of the stick when it came to my personal life. Drug addicted mother, obsessive step father, shitty upbringing, and one soul shattering, heart-wrenching relationship. But everything changed when I met Alec Prescott. I couldn’t stand the cocky hotshot lawyer at first, but after assisting him on one … after assisting him on one case, my opinion changed drastically. He became the beginning I so desperately needed, even if romantic relations at work are completely forbidden.
Unfortunately, falling in love with a co-worker is the least of my problems. Funny thing about the past, it’s never truly far away. No matter how fast you run from it, or how hard you try to suppress it, it’s there, lingering like a fog, blinding your vision, impacting your decisions, affecting your life.
That’s where Tage Andrews comes in. He’s the heartache I can never outrun. The man who saved me from my past all while pillaging my emotions. I want to avoid reliving it—avoid him—but he’s always there, lingering like a fog, blinding my vision, impacting my decisions, affecting my life.
This is my paradoxical predicament.
Two men.
One choice.
Inevitable heartbreak.
A.C.H.E. is an angsty, fast-paced, romantic suspense with ménage themes. Reader discretion is advised. (less)

Two men, one choice. This is a HOT book, really exceptionally deep, steamy, and twisted! I’m definitely Team AlEvTa, all the way.
A roller coaster of emotion. As always, M Never doesn’t disappoint with an intense love triangle that left me wanting so much more!!
M. Never always gives her readers some seriously steamy books and ACHE was no different. This is the story of Everly and Alec….and Tage. Yes, this is a MFM and damn does M. know how to write it! She doesn’t just give us the hot AF sexy times though. She gives so many feels, some angst and intrigue. She gives us well developed characters with Everly, Alec and Tage. I really enjoyed this book and didn’t want it to end. Oh but what a wonderful bittersweet HEA
I love M Never’s stories. “Sighs contentedly”
I have read every book by the author and this book was just as awake as so the others. Everly was fantastic, and it was interesting to see the dynamics between Tage, Alec, and Everly. They seemed to bring out the best in each other. The ending was bittersweet, but I was also left feeling like there may be a chance for more, which I would gladly devour.
Wow! Talk about being caught between a rock and a hard place! This is Tage and Alec and Ever’s story. It has a good storyline and characters that you root for! It has steam, angst, romance and twists. What more could you ask for! The only thing I could ask for, is there to be more to this story! I’m crossing my fingers and hoping and wishing!
ACHE was a sizzling hot and suspensful story. Everly is a legal secretary at a law firm still trying to move on from the man who broke her heart eight years ago. Alec is a cocky and arrogant junior partner working his way up in the firm. And Tage is the man who broke Everly’s heart. Tage thought he was doing the right thing by leaving Everly to keep her safe, but he’s never forgotten about her and has been keeping tabs on her all these years.
As Everly gets to know Alec during their late night work sessions, she learns that the jerk has a sweet side to him that she can’t help falling for. Tage comes barging back into her life. Will Everly choose Tage her first love or Alec the man who made her love again?
This story is emotional and full of suspense with off the charts chemistry. M. Never always pulls me in with her story telling skills and plot twists
I’ve always enjoyed M.’s books theres always something different and she did that again with A.C.H.E. In the book we had so many emotions flying around through out and I felt everyone of them. Who could not fall in love with each and everyone of the characters. Great read. Yes I would recommend it.
4.5 Stars
I’ve been a fan of M.Nevers for a while, so when I got the chance to read A.C.H.E. I jumped in!
M. Never has an incredible way of bringing three people together in an unconventional way that makes your heart ache for the characters. I loved this story!! Incredible dynamics, that takes you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions leaving you spent at the end.
I will say that I hope we get a second book because I’d love to know more about their story!
Everly’s life has not been easy as her mother is addicted to drugs and her stepfather started locking her in her room when she was 13. The only place she can find solace is with one of her father’s employees, Tage, and a fierce bond is established between the two until her entire life implodes when she is 16 and instead of being there for her he breaks her heart.
In the last eight years Everly has tried to create a new life for herself and is now working as a secretary at a law firm. Although her boss’s arrogant attitude drives her crazy there is no denying the chemistry between them and although she knows that she shouldn’t get involved with her boss she is unable to deny her feelings.
The last thing she expected was her past to come crashing back and turn her life upside down once again. She finds herself with the impossible choice of the man she loved as a teenager and the man who finally allowed her to leave her past behind her. This story is full of emotion, twists chemistry and an ending you don’t see coming.
Wow…I don’t know what to say. This book was all sorts of feels for me. I love M’s writing and the way it draws you in. This story was a tough one. I liked Everly but wish she was somewhat of a stronger character. I really loved Alec. Something about him drew me too him. I definitely didn’t like how quickly they all agreed to each other. It just didn’t seem right, personally, to me. Tage at the end, really broke my heart. I’m not sure how I feel about the ending. It was happy and sad at the same time. But I really did enjoy this book.

One thing I have come to realize… M. Never never fails in writing the super HOT M/M/F scenes. This book, there are 2 scenes that OMG… sham-wow panty worthy!!
Everly has been dealt a pretty crappy life. Living with a drug addicted mother and a step-father who locked her into a room starting at the age of 13.
Now 8 years have gone by since the day it all went down at the compound. Everly has finally made the decision to move on and try to start having a life.
The one person who she never would have thought to have a relationship with is a co-worker. When that relationship takes off… Who makes a reappearance in her life… Her first love…
Who will win the battle of love… The man who she loved and gave all her firsts to? Or the new man who will always be there for her…
Aside from those two HOT M/M/F scenes, the book was just an ok read for me. I felt that we didn’t get the full story and the ending left more unanswered questions. Some parts were really unbelievable.
With that being said, I couldn’t stop reading it…waiting to see where the story took me. It definitely kept me engrossed and turning the page to see how this could end good for all involved.

A wild, thrilling, sinfully sensual, and twisted roller coaster ride to go on. I was intrigued from the beginning, held captive on the edge of my seat, and left breathless in the end. I enjoyed this book.
HOT DAMN!!!!
O.M.G… That ending was such a tease.
I need more of this story, of all their lives.
This love entanglement can’t be over…
An epic love triangle that I hope can be repaired.
More. More, More, More, More, More!!!!!!!!!!
I’M A.C.H.E-ing FOR MORE!!!
Highly Recommended
Achingly Good Book.
Five stars for three characters I couldn’t get enough of. So hot, so romantic, so engrossing. I definitely recommend ACHE.
Everly hates Alec, the arrogant grumpy junior partner at her workplace. Her heart belonged to Tage since she fell in love with him 8 years ago. But Tage is gone and her life is a secluded and lonely getting along until it isn’t anymore… When Alec turns out to be not as unattainable as it seemed, when Tage reappears in her life, when her heart has to make decisions again… And her past refuses to stay in the past…
When this story is written by M. Never with clever words and mindful storyline…
This book is truly wholeheartedly and utterly worth the journey.
The bad boy and the high powered attorney and the woman who unites them; the woman they love. Everly and Tage have a history. A deep emotional, tragic history. He was her first. He made promises. He seemingly broke them but he didn’t. He’s always been there, in the shadows, watching over her. Everly finally decides to live again and find happiness. She does that with Alec. The cranky, bossy attorney with a loving, passionate core. When Everly’s past comes back to haunt her once again both Tate and Alec are there for her. They explore white hot passoion and love that all too soon is extinguished when Tate must, once again, walk away. Though they’ll never stop loving one another, Everly finally lets Tate go and walks to her future, Alec.
I finished the book with one closure word… selfless… Tage.. Alec and Everly are meant to meet each others… bound with love.. brokenheart and sorrow.. its more suspense to me with lots of romance…
I can’t believe it took me this long to finally pull the trigger on M. Never but I am so glad I did. I’ve had her books on my TBR for years and now I’ll need to start getting them read. A.C.H.E was wonderfully steamy and nicely suspenseful. A few twists I didn’t see coming kept me engaged throughout.
Juliet/Everly is in love with two men one of old Tage works for a Black Ops department of the Government and Alec one of the junior lawyers at the firm she is a secretary for. She is surprised when she realizes she feels something for alec even though he is a big A-hole. She has been living in limbo for the last years of her life in New York. Lara her friend drags her to a firm party and when Alec sees her he is so taken he makes her work for him on a case so that he can get to know her. He gets in way over his head but he would change some of what happen but only with her family enemies. Great story line, enjoyed the characters. I purchased a copy of this book. I am providing an honest review.
