I enjoyed the book, however I read it years ago, when I first discovered the author and I couldn’t wait to read his novels as soon as he wrote them.
Love thrillers, like this author.
I liked it very much has all of his books have been good
I loved this book — I try to read every book by this author. He builds his characters well, and gives a great plot line, with plenty of surprises. I can’t recommend this author enough.
First book I read by this author. Entertaining and kept my interest. A few times it got too wordy without having any meaning , but all in all it was a good read and I have read others he has written as well.
The story twists and turns to its surprise ending.
I like this author. Since reading this I have read some others. If you like Michael Connolly, consider this author
The Accused is a “who done it” that will leave you guessing. Even when you think you know who is guilty, the end will surprise you.
A thoroughly enjoyable read!
Loved the twist ending, never saw it coming!
You will be surprised at the ending.
Mark does a great job of setting the atmosphere of this novel. It takes place in Galveston, TX and his descriptions make you feel like you’re there. The characters are very well developed – their personalities and thought processes come through. The story itself is fast-paced and exciting. Lost of twists and turns. The end cannot be …
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. However I would have likedit even better if I read it in order. This is the second in the series.
I always enjoy Mark Jiminez books – well written characters, fast moving story lines
hard book to read. difficult to follow.
No slow spots, kept your attention the whole book.
First book I’ve read by this author and I really liked that the setting is Texas, especially the Dallas area where I lived for 30 years. I like knowing landmarks where books are set. Plus I really liked the main character and his daughters. Really good characters and the kids/dad relationship is good even in this enthralling murder mystery. I …
I don’t believe Gimemez can write anything but highly readable great books.
This is absolutely the best book I have read in a while and I read a lot. You get to know all the main characters well. There is drama and suspense with a little humor mixed in. Was mildly surprised with the ending. This was a very enjoyable read for me as well as my husband.
Great book, loved reading it.
I thought this was much better than the last John Grisham book I read. I am going to look for another of his books. Very entertaining and the history of Galveston was very interesting too.
