Hunter might just be my newest book boyfriend, it’s hard not to fall in love with him and his adorable young son, Ben. When pretend becomes real. A great story that was well written, humorous and entertaining. The characters are wonderful, likable and well defined. Fate brought them together will love keep them together? Plenty of drama and suspense to keep you page-turning. I read a reader copy and voluntarily chose to review.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Wendy is a. This story has family , love, a betrayal and so much more . 10 stars of great writing.
A 5 star swoon
Accidental Romeo by Nicole Snow is an exceptionally well written alpha protector romantic suspense.
In this reader’s opinion, Nicole Snow’s heros are spectacular. Equal parts filthy mouthed, dirty talking, panty melting, heart tripping, possessive, protective and hearts of gold. What’s not to love about these characters she creates? Hunter in this book will not disappoint. Other characters, especially Wendy are also well developed, interesting and endearing or aggravating making them come to life on the pages.
Overall, another book by this author to love with a very interesting plot that keeps the reader enthralled and on the edge of their seat.
I read an ARC of this book and voluntarily share my review.
ONE SWELTERING READ!!!
One tremendously enjoyable read. Oh man, talk about falling hard. If you’re looking for an action packed, fast paced, hard hitting, pulse racing, heart pounding, page turning bombshell that keeps you riveted to every word. Congrats my friends you’ve found it. An intense storyline and strong plot bring this read roaring to life brilliantly. So touching and sincere. The love and chemistry between the two main characters is such a beautiful thing to behold. A totally engaging, mesmerizing, enthralling wonder that captures your attention from start to finish. A whirlwind of emotions and events that pull those heartstrings. All the drama, fear, uncertainty, danger and suspense increases while tension spirals. Twists and turns, ins and outs, along with unexpected circumstances make for one incredible experience. The characters and scenes are written with such realism it really pulls this little treasure together flawlessly. Fantastic job Nicole, thanks for sharing this little jewel with us.
4.5 Stars!
I was looking forward to this one! There is so much about this one that I enjoyed:
(1) The story line ~ Wendy as a baker that is often overlooked and taken advantage of by her family, Hunter is a Hot Single Dad doing his best to raise a teenage son, Meddling Family, Small town, Family business
(2) The well written characters – you can easily relate to and you become invested in.
(3) The perfect blend of sexy with an edge of suspense/mystery and a dash of family drama
I really liked the guest appearance by Landon and Kenna, it’s always nice to see the Enguard Gang!
I cannot wait to see what Nicole has in store for us next!
This was another amazing story by Nicole Snow. Loved it.

Who knew almost running over a fleeing teenager would net Wendy the love of her life? The LOVES of her life?
Wendy is the best baker in town. Her sculpted cakes are in high demand, and as such, her life is non-stop work. Outside of her cake-making prowess, though, no one ever notices her. And she’s fine with that. Is she really, though? When Ben’s (said teenager) dad tries to make up for the damage his son did to Wendy’s delivery van, she puts him off. Hunter’s not all that thrilled with, or used to, someone so thoroughly ignoring him, and he doesn’t like it. He wants the beautiful, sassy baker to notice him the way he notices her. Thank God for her mother’s insane idea because it brings Wendy into his life in a surefire way that she can’t possibly say no to.
I fell in love with Hunter and Ben and Wendy just like they did with each other. This is most definitely my favorite story of this author’s, by far. It’s steamy, the character and relationship development is superb, and there’s a bit of suspense, too. You can’t possibly ask for more in a good, no, GREAT, romance.
Nicole Snow once again has delivered a wickedly awesome story of love and fate with detail and characters as so real you identify with them immediately. Wendy works for her families bakery and she is the best cake baker in the twin cities, she is sassy and always says what’s on her mind with an inner and outer beauty. Wendy is unaware that she is beautiful and desirable. Then we have a cake delivery that goes awry when Wendy swerves to miss hitting young Ben who is fleeing on his skateboard not paying attention to traffic. At the accident scene we meet Ben’s father a sexy, handsome, billionaire, who is wickedly alpha and you can’t help to fall helplessly in love with. This is their story. A story of love, hate, intrigue, espionage, fate, laughter,
Hunter can’t believe the spitfire that’s giving as good as she gets from him. They are on the streets and she is arguing with him about responsibility after his son Ben is almost hit by her. What starts out as a battle of wills turn into a heartwarming relationship. No one believed that Wendy could ever hold the attention of a man because she was so unlike her sister. Hunter finally seeing what’s going on is drawn even closer to her. But all is not what it seems because someone is out to cause harm. Can Hunter keep Ben And Wendy safe as danger stalks their path.

Where to begin? This book had me from page one. The characters are wonderful! There is even a villain you can’t help but hate. Hunter and Wendy are such a great couple and Hunter’s son Ben has such a great heart. This book is full of drama, action, mystery and of course a steamy romance. Hunter seems to be drawn to Wendy from the start. Wendy’s sister is the typical bridezilla. Always wanting the attention to be on her and doesn’t care who she embarrasses to get it. All Hunter wants is to raise his son and solve the mystery that has been plaguing him for years. All Wendy wants is to create her cakes and run the family bakery. Hunter and Wendy can’t help but be drawn to one anther and both at times wonder if the other feels the same. And what of the villain who has been slowly unraveling and making mistakes that are soon to become his downfall? I really liked that Ms Snow had Landon and Kenna Strauss from “Still Not Over You” make an appearance in this book. Overall this was a wonderfully well written book and easily one of my favorites by Ms Snow. I absolutely loved the HEA!
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
Wow! Wendy and Hunter. Nicole Snow has hit the jackpot again. The story is incredible. The plot is gripping from start to finish. There is no lag in the pace it just rolls along swiftly and smoothly. Wendy doesn’t believe that her life is going to anything more than work. Hunter is just trying to keep all his secrets together. When they meet “accidentally” through his son, sparks fly. The verbal flirting heats up and culminates into action between the sheets. There is fun, witty and dramatic scenes that fall throughout the book. It is an excellent addition to the series that is not to be missed.
This book was absolutely everything.
I read a lot of books in 2018 and this was one of my favorites, hands down. I loved EVERYTHING about it, the realism of characters, the story line, the slow burn.
I felt as if I was living their world.
Wendy has always felt as if she was a wall flower compared to her demanding and wench-like sister. She has no reason to feel that way at all, she is awesome and an incredible baker and has SO much heart.
Hunter is SO freaking SWOON!!! He meets Wendy after his son almost runs in front of her while she was delivering a cake. This sparks the beginning of an amazing story.
I am not giving away any details, but I can tell you that Wendy and Hunter, my gosh, their chemistry is out of this world. There are some crazy twists and turns in true Nicole Snow fashion and they were absolutely relevant and not only that, but they were revealed at just the right time. I have NOTHING but good things to say about this book and would not change a single thing.
I would give this book 10 stars if I could!!!!
PS: I will give you one semi-spoiler. I almost freaked out with a surprise cameo from one of my favorite alpha men that had his own book! Like legit almost freaked out!
PSS: I did receive this book for free in return for my honest opinion.
I adored this book! Wendy and Hunter were wonderful characters. They were simply lovable and it was so easy to root for them. You will really feel for Wendy. She’s a brilliant baker and cake designer and yet she is undervalued and her accomplishments are belittled by her family. Growing up in the shadow of her high maintenance, diva of a sister and suffering the cutting remarks from her family about her lack of ever having a boyfriend has certainly left some serious damage to her self-esteem. Hunter was full of charm and confidence. He sees the awesomeness that is everything Wendy and is determined to make sure that her family and Wendy see it too. Hunter’s teenage son Ben, was a great addition to the book and he was in fact so enjoyable, I would be thrilled to see him get his own book somewhere down the road. The storyline offers plenty of emotion, humor, some drama and steamy, simmering passion. An absolutely delightful read!!
4*
Wendy meets Hunter when his son crashes into her delivery van. Strong minded she voices her opinion but will he take notice?
Hunter is made to face up to things but will he like the results?
Another great book
I received an advanced copy of this book in exchange for a honest review. Great book very enjoyable read! Held my attention throughout, great characters and great storyline! Love Wendy and Hunter’s story!
I love that my first book of the year is written by Nicole Snow, because I know I’l be getting everything I enjoy in my stories. Romance, suspense, angst, heat, and amazing side characters. Hunter and Wendy do not disappoint, another great addition to the Accidental series.
“I Voluntarily Received and Reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book”
I’m in love with this story!!!
Hunter and Ben stole my heart from their first introduction. Wendy was the perfect heroine in this book. She’s the quiet baker who is underappreciated and usually looked past. She doesn’t stand out like her older and diva like sister, Rochelle. Wendy is happiest in the back of her family’s little bakery, Moonlight Morning, making her beautiful cakes. She’s never had a real boyfriend and is dateless for her sister’s wedding. Enter gorgeous and very rich single dad, Hunter Forsythe and his teenage son Ben. Hunter is still dealing with traumatic events from over a decade ago and Wendy brings some life back into their lives. They meet by accident, but maybe it was fate.
There was a little of everything in this story. A crazy wedding, laughs, tears, betrayal and of course love. Nicole Snow is becoming one of my favorite authors and I can’t wait to see what she brings us next.
What an enjoyable read. A very hot alpha male who ends up her date to her sister’s wedding. Sister who has an over inflated self importance. She finds out someone has put him up to being her date. And being so hurt tries to shut him out of her life. But he won’t go that easily. It get exciting, emotional, hot, fun and so much more. I received a review copy and voluntarily review it.
Accidental Romeo stole more than just my breath. It stole my heart and my very soul. Nicole Snow knows how to gently coax and relentlessly tease until I am putty in her hands. This magnificent story is one of her best ever! It shines brightly and transcends life no matter what is happening. Not only does it soothe and calm a frantic and raging heart, but it also searches until it finds the smile and happiness that has been impossibly weighed down by daily life. This book is utter perfection that everyone absolutely NEEDS to read!!
Wendy understands and accepts the reality that is her life. She doesn’t like it, but she knows it’s all she has. To her utter amazement and disbelief her life changes in an instant. When instinct pushes her to protect at all costs in a dire situation, she finds that listening to her heart leads to the most unexpected and wonderful changes. Changes her mind doesn’t know how to process or accept. Hunter has been raising his son by himself, but he know in the depths of his heart that something is missing. Something very important and absolutely vital. Except he has no idea what that is until the day his path collides with Wendy. He can’t wrap his mind around this woman who is all sugar and spice at the same time. She turns his world upside down and makes him see things so very differently. This new perspective has him contemplating his life in a whole new light. When unknown danger and deadly deception threatens to come between them, will Wendy choose to hold tight to the gift bestowed on her by Fate itself, or will she return it knowing she can never life up to its value and worth?
Hunter is a genuine and loving father who melted my heart right away. He wants nothing but the best for his son, and that journey is one fraught with changes and new rules almost every day. Once Wendy came on the scene and I saw how empty and endless her life seemed, I knew that these two were perfect each other. They are simply two beautiful people walking through life as best they could dealing with the cards dealt to them. Life isn’t easy for either of them, but together they find a blessed heaven and a long awaited shelter against the storms of life. They bring the other more hope, life, and love then either dared to hope for. This story broke my heart and then rebuilt it lovingly, confidently, and joyfully. I am blessed beyond measure to be able to experience and savor this extraordinary masterpiece!
Nicole Snow is a literary goddess! She is a true master of words, but more importantly she is a true master of the human heart. Her stories capture your heart with little effort, give you a temporary shelter from the harsh reality of life, and instill in your very soul a much needed grain of hope that begins to take root and grow. I always walk away changed from her beautiful books. They live on in my heart and give my soul a new song to sing.
This was a good read. The writing flowed well, and I thought the characters were developed nicely. I liked Hunter and Wendy together, and they had great chemistry. There was some suspense to this story, but I figured out who the bad guy was pretty quickly. I was annoyed that Hunter didn’t see it sooner. I rolled my eyes several times because he didn’t listen to anyone else, and blindly followed the “bad guy”. I liked that Wendy loved Ben too. He was a good character, and I think he added to the story. Wendy’s family was crazy, and although her parents redeemed themselves, I never liked her sister. She was over the top crazy. The ending was sweet, and I love having that peek into the character’s future.
I voluntarliy reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.
