We made mistakes and betrayed our hearts. And in the end, everything went up in flames. Walking away from the devastation isn’t an option. Not when I’m at the center of it all. Three hearts hang in the balance. A choice must be made. Keep one and let one go.No matter what I decide, someone is getting burned. There’s no winning this battle. No one ever said love is easy. But I never knew it would … knew it would be this hard.
Love can be a poison, and sometimes, it’s the only thing that can save us.

absolution is the final book in the Grace trilogy, and the books must be read in order; this book picks up immediately after the cliffhanger of book two and I was glad about that as I really wanted to see the aftermath.
After the initial drama of that aftermath, not a great deal of excitement/activity happens in this book. It is very Grace-centric, with her really coming to terms with things and digging deep to address the issues she has been grappling with since the very beginning. Since the best part of this whole new adult series for me has always been Sol, that made this book not my favorite of the trilogy, though I definitely understood that it was necessary for Grace to resolve those internal issues for this story to come to its conclusion.
Sol – as a hero he just shines, and his love for Grace is so strong and so total it is an inspiration. I loved every part of this book that had to do with him, and as always, I adore Grace’s relationship with her mother too. In the end this book is very sweet, for the most part without the angst of the first two, and happy endings abound for multiple beloved characters.
I couldn’t put this book down, this is a must read! Levi and Sol are both in love with Grace. One night all their lives change but what will be the consequences? Can she decide which guy?
Rate: 5/ 5 stars
The time has come. I’ve been waiting for this book for so long. I was both so excited and so scared but I think I knew deep down in my heart that everything would be okay and she’d end up with the right guy. Autumn did not dissapoint one bit. She gave us the essence of Sol and Grace – angst, the deep rooted connection that left me breathless, the insane chemistry, amazing side characters and a love that is limitless.
Everything worth having comes with a little pain, am I right?! These two have made it hurt so much for the past two books and the beginning of this one but it hurt so good in the end. I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of them. They are both such precious characters and as a couple they just make my heart go pitter patter. They are adorable and I love them so much. Seeing them get their lives back on track after the accident, working on their relationships, making amends, getting their friendship back… it was amazing. Yeah some characters had me a little mad sometimes but they had the right to be scared and try to make it hurt less. It was hard but in the end everything was talked out and I really loved that all the issues going on got a solution in the end. I hate it when things are left out in the open.
I am happy to announce I was #TeamSol all the way through and I’d sin with him anyday of the week. I just love him so much. Once again he showed how amazing of a guy he really is and how right he is for Grace even when everyone else might doubt it. These two gah. I just love them so much. But I honestly love just about everyone in this series… Sol and Grace’s friends are pretty amazing, I love that we got to see them go through their own struggles, exploring relationships, remeniscing… we got so many teases of potential books which made me so happy. And Gavin omg, Gavin is so fun but also so wise and his soul is deep and amazing. I am dead excited for his book and to get his whole story. I’m so ready!!
Grace trilogy was a powerful and enthralling story of friendship, faith and love. Sol and Gracie take you on an angst filled journey that will touch and make you feel everything as they go through it. Autumn’s writing is beautiful, soulful and powerful. Yet again she managed to make me love her characters more. I could never get tired of reading about all these characters. I am so happy we’re not only getting more of Sol and Grace in novellas but some of the other characters will get their own books and gah I cannot wait!!!
Absolution by Autumn Grey is third book in the Grace trilogy and it is by far the most entertaining read from her yet.
You MUST read both Desolate and Disgraceful before diving into this one you will be so glad you did!
Love is beautiful, complex, it makes you feel on top of the world one day and can come crashing down the next. What happens when more than two hearts are involved? There is sure to be a sense of betrayal, guilt and loss. Autumn does a great job is portraying these emotions in a realistic way that allows Grace, Sol, and Levi to have the ending they so deserve.
This book comes full circle as the characters find their own sense of happiness by allowing their fears and vulnerabilities to show. In doing so we realise that love always finds it’s way in the end! The true reason why romance will always exist! Highly recommend.
I feel like I waited forever for this book to be released. phew! Absolution is the third book in the Grace trilogy. It picks up right after book #2 so you best read this series in order. As a whole, this series is fabulous. The whole series contains friendship, drama, tragedy, forbidden fruit, and some great sexy scenes. However, Absolution was a tad of a let down for me. I say this only because it felt quite repetitive and forced. A lot of the dialogue felt like something no one would say out loud. However, with that said, I still enjoyed being back in the world of Sol and Grace. I couldn’t not read this book because I had to find out what happened at the end of book #2. I love the series as a whole. The first two books were more my speed than the third. The whole series as a whole gets 5 stars 🙂

How do you write an appropriate review for such an amazing book?
I can only try …
Absolution is the long awaited and perfect conclusion of the Grace trilogy. It continues where the second book, Disgraceful, ends …
Again the author plays with the reader’s emotions. This book is as intense as the previous two books in the series, as heartbreaking and emotional. Maybe even more so. There has a lot of absolution to be given. The three main characters, Grace, Sol and Levi, are entangled in a web of confusing emotions. Each one of them has to find their own way to come to terms with what happened in the past, and to realize who they really are and what they want, and to find a way to get to that point to feel worthy of themselves …
It is a long and difficult journey, physically and mentally, which Ms. Grey has taken time to allow to develop. There are many ups and downs and back and forth and I’ve held my breath not just once because the storyline took a turn that I didn’t expect or that I didn’t want it to take …
Perhaps this is the most profound book in the series, because it offers the deepest insight into the souls of the three protagonists. I loved how the protagonists grow with their insights, how they realized what went wrong in the past, and how they take responsibility for their mistakes and move on …
I’m really sorry to have to say goodbye to these protagonists. They have grown dear to my heart on this journey and I will miss them.
Hopefully MJ and Ivan will get their own story, as well as Zulakya and Mesh.
Wow! So I have to say that when there is a trilogy, I usually have an issue with writing my review for the middle book. I am not sure why but that 2nd book almost always leaves me feeling kinda “meh”…. not with Grace and Sol! Holy crap! These 2 took me through it all! ALL OF IT!!! Their HEA was totally earned and very hard fought for! He absolutely is the calm to her storm! I really could not even imagine a man more perfect for her than Sol! He is everything that she needs! And there were so many secondary characters in these stories that Autumn Grey could write in this world for a long time! Sol and Grace stole my heart at the beginning and they broke it in the middle and they pieced it back together for the end! A fantastic trilogy! I literally can not even think of anything better to say about these books and this ending. I love them! They did not disappoint! And I look forward to seeing more of them when we get to hear all about the stories of their friends!
What a fantastic conclusion to this trilogy. I have enjoyed this journey of Sol and Grace. They have had so many trials throughout and once they think they are on the right path, something else comes up.
Autumn did these characters justice with their story and I can’t wait for more of this world with the other characters as I feel their stories need to be told. You will need to read from the beginning of this series as this is not a standalone.
A great ending to a fabulous trilogy.
Picking up right where book two left off, the long-awaited conclusion to this cliff hanger.
Two men, one woman a love triangle that would test them all.
A story of love, friendship, angst, and lots of emotional heartaches.

Ughhhhh, I have been waiting to see where Grace and Sol’s journey would lead and I finally got the answers in Absolution. Absolution is the final installment in the Grace trilogy and picks up after the huge cliffy in Disgraceful. Their road is not an easy one, but honesty what love story is. All the feels in this third installment and I enjoyed experiencing their journey with them.
Perfection!
This book begins EXACTLY where “Disgraceful” ended. Grace, Sol & Levi are all rushed to the hospital after the horrific accident they were all involved in. For Grace, who was injured the least, it’s absolutely devastating knowing that Sal & Levi are both in ICU. She completely takes on all the blame herself and her guilt is palpable. How is it possible that she and the two people she loves, ended up here? Why did she kiss Sol? How did Levi see them? Why did Sol put himself in the way of that pickup to try & save both her and Levi? How will she ever recover from this?
This book takes you through ALL the emotions, just like Desolate & Disgraceful. Grace & Sol’s journey has been anything but easy but in the end it’s so beautiful. It was such an emotional roller coaster but as these characters evolved, you can see that no matter what life threw at them, in the end, love wins.
When Disgraceful had ended.. I was left with the shocking cliffhanger and hurt. Grace-Sol-Levi relationships were such a chaotic webtangle.
Absolution was a slow burn romance.. the reality of struggle.. I saw the vulnerbility and the hot-blood being as the young teenagers. How can you be so lucky to be loved by two mens? Only Grace can tell you how she feel..
It’s been a while since I’ve dived into the world of Grace and Sol. And make no mistake, I am #TeamSol all the way. The final book of the Grace Trilogy, Absolution by Autumn Grey is the finale to a very long journey of love, religion, and forgiveness.
I’m not going to go into detail because I don’t want to spoil anything, but also because it’s a story that needs to be told from the beginning to be understood. It’s a slow burn love, angsty as hell, and makes your heart ache in all the best ways. It’s the kind of book that should be savored. Grace has the ultimate decision to make now and after her love results in tragedy, she finds herself at an impasse. There were a few parts that I found difficult to get into, dragged on in some parts, and some parts I felt were put in there to just pass the time. But make no mistake, this story is a beautiful thing. It’s so heartwarming to finally see the love Grace fought so passionately come to an end. I also loved seeing all the other characters I’ve missed, getting a little bit of insight into their lives and the potential books/drama we might get in the future.
I honestly would be so content to just live in this world, filled with so much love, family & friendships. Thank you, Autumn, for giving us their story. It’s been a long time in the making, but as always, you did them justice. I definitley recommend reading this trilogy from the beginning and buying this when it releases.
I have been waiting for this final book in the series for what feels like forever. It truly did not disappoint!!! I love how Grace, Sol, and Levi’s triangle comes to a conclusion that makes my heart so happy. I didn’t know what was going to happen when book 2 ended. This was truly one of my most favorite series ever!
Incredible conclusion to a heartbreaking trilogy. I have been holding my breath for this book. The last two books broke my heart in so many ways. This book out me back together. Love is complicated and messy. You can’t help who you love or if you love two people with all of your heart. Choosing can break your soul and somtimes fate steps in and shatters everything in the blink of an eye showing you which choice you need to make. Loving yourself first is the most important thing. Sharing a life with someone who fights with you, makes you a better person and makes you complete is the only option. At the end of this book I felt like my heart was glued back together and this couple is everything. This story is one that I will never forget. I treasure Autumn’s words and I can’t wait to read what she writes next.
Grace and Sol are everything. Good, bad and everything in between.
I am so thankful for this series. Book 1 was so angsty and forbidden I could hardly (yet not fast enough) get through it.
Book 2 left us on a cliffhanger so big I had no clue where it was going to lead.
Book 3, this book, was worth the wait. Autumn wrote her heart out and she gave us an ending fit for This amazing couple.
So much happens in this book. So many pages I was scared, worried and heartbroken. But I should never doubt Autumn. She knows what to do with her characters.
I loved this book. I loved every word. I know this series will be a favorite for a long time.
I can’t think of a better ending to this tortuous, angst-filled marathon love story. Autumn brought the slow burn all the way with ABSOLUTION and the self-doubt and heartbreak of the main characters were intense. You MUST read books 1 and 2 first and I’m not going to give anything away explicitly, but I will say everything is right in the world after this ending. LOL. <3 Sol, Grace and Levi have been through hell and back to find themselves so that they can truly understand that they each deserve to be happy.
Sol is Sol and he is sure (yes, there were a few hiccups along the way…) and devoted in the most swoon-worthy way. I think my favorite part of this book is Grace’s personal growth though. She battles to forgive herself and realize her own worth and it’s painful but heart-achingly beautiful.
Brava to Autumn for writing a lovely, lasting, forbidden, sad, but most importantly hopeful love story. 5 stars all the way for ABSOLUTION and the entire trilogy!
This book picks up from the conclusion of book 2. Absolution was absolutely fantastic. This book and series will have you on an emotional rollercoaster as you devour every word Autumn Grey writes. Sol and Grace’s road to their hea is definitely has its ups and downs but in the end all is right in the world. Start this series today!
4.5 stars
Absolution is the final book in the Grace trilogy and the previous books do need to be read first. I’m going to keep this as vague as possible so as to not spoil it for anyone.
Disgraceful left me an absolute wreck with that epic cliffhanger so it goes without saying that I’ve been very impatiently waiting for this book. Absolution picks up from where the last book left off and after such a life changing event, Grace, Sol and Levi all have some difficult decisions to make. I’ve loved these characters from the start. I’ve loved watching as they’ve grown and matured, as they’ve stumbled and got back up again, all three characters are extremely easy to like.
This is an emotional conclusion to what is one of my favourite trilogy’s.
*4,5 stars*
This is the third book in this series and the conclusion of Grace and Sol’s story. A book I have been waiting for and finally able to see how the story evolved although it’s sad to see it ending as it was a true rollercoaster ride but I really liked the end.
Sometimes we get to a crossroad and we don’t know which way to go and Grace has a tough choice to make. When disaster strikes, things get even more complicated and Grace has to face the truth but will she finally be able to choose between Sol and Levi. With everything turned upside down, both Sol and Grace are trying to move on but it’s easier said then done. Despite everything that has happened, they both still have strong feelings towards each other. Will they find a way to make things work and find their way back to each other?…
