When Paige MacKenzie arrives in Jackson Hole, her only goal is to complete a simple newspaper assignment about the Old West. However, it’s not long before her instincts tell her there’s more than a basic story to be found in the popular, northwestern Wyoming mountain area. A chance encounter with attractive cowboy Jake Norris soon has Paige chasing a legend of buried treasure, passed down through … through generations.
From the torn edge of a water-damaged map to the mysterious glow of an antler arch, Paige will follow clues high into the mountainous terrain and deep into Jackson’s history. Side-stepping a few shady characters who are also searching for the same hidden reward, she will have to decide who is trustworthy and who is not.

It was “ok,” and could have been better with more action or suspense. Otherwise, an easy read and would make a good “beach book.”
did not like the book ridicules story line
Highly Recommend. Keeps your attention.
I was really into the accurate, gorgeous scenery description until the time travel started. Too trite and plot became very predictable.
Slow moving
I enjoyed this book. The plot was unexpected yet entertaining.
this story took an unexpected twist but it ended up blending pretty well. i liked it because of the references to Jackson Hole, a place I love.
Loved it
very boring
Very fun book..Beautifully described where i grew up. Fun plot.
Hard to believe
The author’s descriptive style is very good as it relates to places and surroundings, but I was disappointed in the way in which “flashback” was used to substitute for a plot.
It was a good good had all the things needed for good read. I’m reading another now and have already one before of hers. Good reading.
Enjoyed the plot and the characters
