I loved it. Also left review on Amazon.
You’ll be instantly bowled over by this sticky treat…
Murder follows Yvette everywhere.
She’s used to getting frosty looks from rivals, but what about her friends? Will they give her the cold shoulder too? Jealousy can be murder.
This ice cream shop manager will have to dig deep and get the full scoop, before she meets a bitter end!
I definitely enjoyed reading the third book in the series. The reason why I’m giving this book for stars is because I need event to have some type of love interest or something else going on besides solving these crimes. I also think that she gets a little bit too much leeway in solving them and I’m surprised the police have not stopped her. It was nice to see Henry and meet the other staff and the Townsend location and I’m hoping that is not the last we will hear from them. Especially with a potential. I can’t wait to read book for and I also want to know what’s going to happen between Mark and Amelia and if they will try to work things out.
I think what I like the most about this book is that there was so many suspects but at the same time there were too many and it was hard to narrow down even for myself who the murderer was. But at the end of the day when somebody kills it’s either over Love or Money. Sometimes it’s both so be interesting to see what other people think about who the Killer is in this book.
I was lucky to receive a copy of this book in return for a review. Gretchen Allen has many talents and the newest for us to discover is her her writing. Her series is sweet, literally! Yvette manages an ice cream parlor and the food described always makes me hungry so the baked goods plus the usual ice cream was a double whammy. The characters, scenes and all details are extremely thorough. It’s a well thought out and executed story in a perfect setting. The story is interesting and there are no points that become dull or inactive. The characters work well together. I am really enjoying this series.

When a competitor is murdered in the stores parking lot and Yvette knows she has to solve this one quickly so the shop can get back on track.
