Can she create a new family with an alien warrior? On the anniversary of the disappearance of Mariah’s sister and nephew, Mariah returns to their last known location, expecting to find only painful memories. Instead, she encounters an alien spaceship and recklessly sneaks aboard, taking one last chance to be reunited with her family. The desperate move sends her across the galaxy and straight into … galaxy and straight into the arms of a massive alien warrior who is determined to protect her. But no matter how much she is drawn to him, she will not be distracted from her goal—to find her missing family at all costs.
Years ago, when Captain Cestov and his brother argued over the fate of their dying race, his brother stormed out of his life. He has been searching for him ever since. He never expected his search to lead him to a distant planet, a troubled ranch, and a little boy who calls him Daddy. And he certainly never expected an enticing human female who makes him consider putting down roots for the first time.
Neither Mariah nor Cestov ever thought they would find a permanent home. But can their shared love for a child help them to move on to a new future as a family? Or will the ghosts from their pasts tear them apart?
Each book in the Treasured by the Alien series can be read as a standalone romance. This sweet and steamy HEA is intended for adults only.

I loved this book. Great characters, original story line. A fun, quick read. It was super sweet, and the slongas were adorable!
Love the slongas and the cute kids. Although I am not a fan of instalove I liked this story. I’m a fan of both the authors. I love me some reptilian alien alphas. I wish we got to see Cestov in action. He was a warrior. I can’t wait to find out what happened to the troublesome female from the first ship. I have a feeling she’s going to be the next heroine. The ending was sweet and satisfying.
This book is a great second in a series that lives up to the original. The characters are unique from book one with Mariah being a total free sprit who compliments Cestov, a fellow wandering soul. As with book one (Mama and the Alien Warrior), this story is more romance with just enough suspense that makes it a must read. Enjoy!
The Mariah, while grieving goes to the last place her sister was seen a year ago. She finds aliens and hides on their ship hoping to go find her sister and nephew. She is discovered by one who is trying to stop the slave trade and he vows to help her try to find them. Cestov has been searching for his brother for five years. They had an argument and his brother left without saying anything. Together they will find out what happened with their families and so much more!
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Full of warm fuzzies!
I love this story! Although our heroine has some close calls, luck is with her. Mariah is desperate to find her sister, Judith, and her nephew, Charlie. Along the way, she finds the love of her life. Cestov is a sweetheart! That tail just can’t resist touching Mariah. What an adventure they have! It’s an excellent book, with a delightfully heartwarming conclusion. You’ll meet many interesting characters as you make your way through the story. I couldn’t ask for a better holiday treat!
This is such a book crack series, seriously though…so good. Mariah’s sister went missing a year ago, so when she goes back to visit the house she sees an alien ship and stows away on it. Luckily she finds an ally on the ship who helps her get to Cestov’s safe ship. He is searching for his twin brother, and agrees to help her find her missing sister. The journey takes them to a planet, where they discover quite a few little surprises. But not all is as it seems on this quiet planet, and it takes us on a little suspenseful journey.
Safe read. A sweet couple that gain an instant-family, and an adorable family of slonga’s, an alien animal similar, but smaller than an elephant. And the littlest one finds Cestov wherever he is, it is so dang adorable. So they gain a couple of insta-families. Fantastic storyline, even though not everyone got the hea that I was hoping for. We get to read about the couple from book one, which I loved and was grateful for. A sweet epilogue and hea.
I liked the first book in this series but the second one has fallen far short of the previous one. I really didn’t like that the aliens suddenly became stupid and rather child like…what? They can pilot a space ship from planet to planet, make complex trading deals that should make a profit but they talk and act like middle schoolers…just no. One character reminded me somewhat of Barf from Spaceballs except Barf was actually funny and hey John Candy…enough said that was a parody, it wasn’t serious, it was funny. This version however was too stupid to be a Barf-alike. The Dr Who references weren’t all that amusing either. In fact most of the characters seemed TSTL. There seems a disconnect in writing from the first book to this one. Authors get your mojo back cause this one didn’t cut it.
Mariah sneaks on board an alien ship in the hope that she can locate her sister. Unfortunately it’s a slaver ship but she finds an ally who helps her. They contact a Cire warrior named Cestov to get her off the ship and to report the crew. As soon as Mariah sees Cestov she is instantly at ease and attracted to him, and his tail. They both are searching for their siblings and promise to help each other. This beins their journey of searching for their siblings and learning how to be a family.
I enjoyed this book. It was a nice break from all the paranormal romance I have been reading. Mariah is determined to find her missing sister and nephew but also wants to stay with Cestov. I quite enjoyed their determination to find their family and their struggle to deal with the issues that appear. Overall, I am enjoying this series and can’t wait to read the next one.
