Liam appreciates Mackenzie’s lively manner, but doesn’t think her father will look past his lack of title. This was a short and entertaining novella in the Marriage Maker series. This is amusing, romantic and entertaining. Liam and MacKenzie meet when she and a friend ride in front of the abbey, and MacKenzie throws herself off her horse. She decided to marry him the minute she saw him and started a campaign to win him. Liam tried his best to stay away from her, knowing her father wouldn’t allow them to marry because he was an impoverished Viscount’s second son. But MacKenzie is so very good at manipulating people, he finds himself constantly in her orbit. I love how sweet, yet strong Liam is. MacKenzie will never pull one over on him. This is a wonderfully romantic series that enjoy reading.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.

Do It All For Love
This is a short and sweet ADULT Regency Era Romance about Lord Liam Fraser, an ex Captain during the Napoleonic wars.
As the second son, he has no inheritance, but he finds himself wanting to marry the brash and feisty daughter of a nearby Earl.
Lady Mackenzie is the young woman’s name, and when she spies the hard body Liam in his kilt atop his horse, she makes up her mind she will marry him, no matter what!

This is a well written, quick romantic read. Enjoy!
McKenzie was intent on getting to Blackstone Abby, dragging her friend Cora who kept reminding her they were going to get into trouble! But McKenzie reminded her “I hear the men of Blackstone Abbey wear their kilted plaid every day! They are called the Beasts of Blackstone Abbey.” McKenzie was intent on getting a glimpse of the handsome Lord Liam. As luck would have it none other than Liam is coming out of the gate as they are about to ride past. Can you imagine what she did to get his attention? I have to say that McKenzie was one determined lady and Liam did not have a chance!
A delightful novella that packed every ingriedient in to keep me captured until the end!
This is the first book I read by this author and I did wonder why I had never come across her before. I grew up visiting Scotland every year on holiday and reading Scottish romance, so I was overjoyed when I did come across this book and this author, whom I have now started to read. I love her writing style and the story that she has come up with. Her description of the scene and the characters is wonderful. She is certainly an author to read.

This is a quick book and it is not till the end that there is any heat. This is a great lunch break read. The author has written a fun book I recommend it. GOBBED SMACKED!!!
Rock my world! Oh man, I wasn’t sure what to expect from this little jewel but to say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. This baby hooks you from the start and reels you in for the duration. Tarah and Erin brought out the magic in this tough as nails storyline and gripping plot. Continuous forward motion sets the pace as the characters personalities and traits blend and flow as their connection and bond grows and strengthens. One chaotic ride with a bounty of swirling emotions bursting forward front and center. Action aplenty with all the twists and turns as each revelation is revealed along with all the trials and tribulations. Toss in all the drama, intrigue and a bevy of suspense and watch the world light up. The characters are authentic, genuine and realistic with depth and traits that catapults this baby to life fluidly. The scenes are so colorfully descriptive it makes for one incredible backdrop that melds this jewel together piece by piece. Fantastic job guys, thanks for sharing this little guy with us.
Part of The Marriage Maker series a well written story with a good storyline this is a short quick story to read. This is Lady Mackenzie and the Beast of Blackstone Abbey Lord Liam Fraser’s story. I loved this book by Tarah Scott her characters and word building ate off the charts. She makes you feel like you know the charterers. Its a fast paced well written short story that grabs you and pulls you in making you read until you finished in one sitting. Liam and Mackenzie are great together. Mackenzie wants Liam but he doesn’t think her father will allow it with his lack of title or having a means to make a serious offer for her. They keep being thrown together and when they are in a dangerous situation Liam’s priority is to keep her safe.Life finds a way for them. This is a must read for any fan of Tarah Scott. I loved their HEA so you need to grab a copy to find out how their story ends.

I don’t see the hero as truly a scoundrel. Sometimes these historical romances are titled in ways the author/publisher believe will attract readers rather than actually reflecting the book. This is unfortunate because this novel is actually a lovely little romance; there’s no need for title prevarication. I quite enjoyed the heroine. She is a mischievous, fun-loving young woman who can be serious and brave when she wants or needs to be. I loved the hero; I’ll admit to a soft spot for the wounded warrior returning home. He appreciates the heroine’s nature but doesn’t feel worthy of her because he can’t give her what she thinks she deserves. I thought the book ended abruptly; I would have loved to see more beyond this scene. The last 15% of the book is a tease for the next book of the series. There were some issues with grammar, punctuation, and usage. I don’t think the book was copyedited because of some inconsistencies with these. However, I did enjoy this story.
I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.
Lady Mackenzie Caine knows what she wants and she wants Lord Liam Fraser who is a second son and has been damaged from the war who just wants to work the land at Blackstone Abbey. Liam never wanted to marry and has nothing to offer and never intended to marry. Mackenzie is head strong, spoiled and also betrothed but she is determined to wed him no matter what she has to do.

This was such a delightful quick read and this author never disappoints with her stories. As with most novellas, the characters aren’t developed as well as in full length novels but you do get enough information to make both the hero and heroine very interesting characters.
Mackenzie is a young lady who usually gets what she wants and she wants Liam Fraser! She invents all kinds of ways to make sure she sees him every day and all I can say is that Liam never had a chance to resist her! lol At first Liam thinks she is too above him in social status to have a chance with her but he soon learns she doesn’t care for social status, only love!

Lord Liam Frasier is done with war and wants only to live a quiet life at Blackstone Abbey with his brother. The last thing he needs is a distraction in the form of spoiled earl’s daughter, Lady Mackenzie Caine. He’s all for the company of a lady, but not marriage. However, as he gets to know Mackenzie he begins to change his tune and soon the biggest problem may be his lack of funds and the fact that she’s above his station and already has a betrothed. But with dangerous cattle rustlers about, Liam may find that keeping Mackenzie safe is his top priority, even if she can never be his.
This was a short and entertaining novella in the Marriage Maker series. Mackenzie was a bit of an overly exaggerated version of the spoiled daughter, but she had some sense too so it worked. Always an enjoyable series.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
