I absolutely loved this second chance romance. Billie and Leroy were a fun couple to read about.Their issues in communicating are completely relatable. I love that family means everything to both of these characters. They are willing to put them first. There is a host of great secondary characters that really support the story such as Billie’s parents (especially her dad) and Billie’s best friend, Lucy. I did feel that the ending was a bit rushed, and I wished it could’ve been longer. However, it is a great story that I really loved reading!!
A Pink Christmas Kiss By Allyson R. Abbott. These books are just getting better and better. I have absolutely loved them all so far. Are you a fan of Christmas romance stories that give you all the warm and fuzzy emotions? Then pick up this book as well as the authors other ones! From page one of Billie’s story I knew it was a bit different in a good way and that I wasn’t going to be able to put it down until I read the last page. Billie isn’t your typical girly girl and I absolutely love that! This book is filled with her journey back home and the importance of family. I was completely drawn into this story and loved every moment of it. I’m giving this book a five star review and highly recommend it to everyone!
A Pink Christmas Kiss is the third book in the Christmas Kiss series from author Allyson R Abbott. Even though these books are a part of a series, they can be read as a stand-alone, but personally, after enjoying each one of these, you would want to read them all. This is my third read from this author and once again I was totally captivated by her writing style her characters, and the brilliant storyline she has once again created. She has brilliant in-depth writing, she makes her reads descriptive and I can’t wait to read some other books from her. This one I think stands out the most to me, I thoroughly enjoyed this read, all characters in this series are down to earth and relatable, but there was just something about Billie & Leroy, especially Billie that was really relatable and real.
I love how each of these reads is set in small towns, it brings an extra special element to these reads that I thoroughly look forward to reading. This was such a heartwarming read that has friends, family, Second-chances, passion and determination.
Leroy and Billie have an undeniable connection even after the five years apart, but the connection they had before doesn’t take long before it’s brought to the front of there feelings,
Or other townsfolk wondering when they are going to be getting back together, they have a bit of a rough start, with the banter going back and forth and Billie always saying the wrong thing, but will they realise that their feelings are just too strong to deny and will Christmas be the time that brings them back together?
This is a brilliant short, easy read that you shouldn’t miss! I highly recommend this book and the previous two before.

This sweet book is book 3 out of 4 in the in Christmas Kiss series. I love Christmas stories. I get all the warm and fuzzies. In this story, Billie left her small Podunk town for the Big Apple, hoping that the love and light of her life, Leroy, would follow her….long story short…he didn’t. Big egos and load of pride get in the way of finding their happily ever after right then and there.
Five years later, Billie is home to help out her family. She does make the time to meet up with old friends and she runs into Leroy..and discovers that there was a reason behind him not taking the trip East with her.
I love this book. This entire series has been very sweet, sappy and overall adorable. You can easily read this book in one sitting and not lose pace with the characters, stories or details. Recommended for romance novel lovers and those who love seasonal reads.
A Pink Christmas Kiss by Allyson R Abbott is the third book in her Christmas Kiss series. Each of these books can be read as a stand-alone and they are all as good as each other.
For me this has to have been the sweetest story out of them all so far. Small town romance gone wrong it had everything you could want out of this type of book. Billie and Leroy are exactly how I imagine small town characters to be.
Like the others this book was an easy read that is perfect to just get lost in for a few hours. Another enjoyable story.

A Pink Christmas Kiss is the third book in the Christmas Kiss series by Allyson Abbott. It is another delightful, sweet holiday romance full of the magic of Christmas, family, secrets, miscommunication, small town values, and wonderful characters.
This story about a small-town girl who follows her dreams to the big city. She is hurt and disappointed when the love of her life doesn’t follow her out. Now, five years later, circumstances bring her back ‘home’ again. With Christmas fast approaching things take and interesting turn when she runs into Leroy, her ex-love. Secrets are revealed, and miscommunication seems to be the order of the day. Will they reconnect after all this time? Will the magic of Christmas weave it’s spell around them, or will this just be an opportunity to put the past to rest?
Ms. Abbott has woven another delightful Christmas romance. I can always count on her to engage me with her sweet stories and endearing characters.
A quick and easy read!
Thank you yet again, Ms. Abbott!!
I give A Pink Christmas Kiss by Allyson R. Abbott, 4 stars.
Billie left her small town in the middle of nowhere to get out into the real world of New York City. She was in love, but the big city was calling to her. Besides, if he really loves her, he’ll follow her, right? Five years later, she has barely gotten anywhere in her career and she hasn’t heard from him since she moved. When circumstances have her moving back home, she knows it is the right choice. But what about him? Is he with someone else? Will it break her heart if he is? Or is there hope?
This is something unlike what I normally see in romances. First of all, she is a mechanic. No girly girl here. I love that! Also, a book being about two people, you really don’t see too much of Leroy. He actually shows up very little. I like that because it’s different. This is totally about Billie and her struggles. But Leroy is not ignored either, we do learn his side too. The other people in this book also help to make this a great story too. Oh and the pink in the title? Well, you’ll have to read it to find out.
A fun, fairly short, clean Christmas romance, I highly recommend reading this book.
A Pink Christmas Kiss by Allyson Abbott is a sweet story about Christmas and second chances. This is the story of Billie and Leroy, high school sweethearts. Billie wants to make a change, but did not go as planned and she moved back home. She did find out certain things and reasons why Leroy did not go with her. Will they be able to be the way the once were?
The story draws you in from the beginning and the descriptive writing makes you feel as you are right there with the characters. The characters are well developed and very believable. I highly recommend A Pink Christmas Kiss, a great story to read over the holidays.
A Pink Christmas Kiss

5 out of 5 stars
The story A Pink Christmas Kiss by Allyson R. Abbott is a sweet holiday romance book that I loved reading. It hooked me in from the very beginning and I was hoping that the characters would find a happy ending. It is set in a small town. Billie left town five years ago. She wanted to spread her wings. New York City is where she settled. One thing that didn’t go right is that the man she loved never followed her. Now she is back in her hometown to help her family and the sting of why he never contacted her is still there. What will happen when Billie and Leroy meet again? Do they still have feelings for each other? What does the future hold for them? Will these two find themselves together once again? Read this book to find out. I also enjoyed reading about the additional characters, the part they play in the story and their interactions with Billie. There are heartwarming scenes included in this story. I liked that family is important to Billie. Will the magic of Christmas play any part in bringing them back together? Don’t miss out on reading a wonderful story about coming home and finding out if two people’s love for each other survived the passage of time. Highly recommended.
Reading the title of this book did not prepare me for the content of the story. However, it was a pleasant surprise and I really enjoyed this book, despite the stubbornness of both Leroy and Billie! Returning home after five years of city living, there is unfinished business between Billie and Leroy, but their initial meetings don’t go at all well. It takes an unexpected gift and a dream of a lifetime to bring the hardheaded couple to their senses. The story is well-written, clean and definitely different to the usual Christmas fare. I received a copy of this book as a gift and this is my honest and voluntary review.
Another sweet and engaging Christmas tale from Abbott. She is quickly becoming a go-to author for me, especially for feel good romance. This engaging tale was a quick a delightful read. The characters were rich and had a wonderful banter throughout that kept things real and relatable. Wonderful book. Looking forward to reading the next in the series!
I know I’ve said this before but I really love this time of year with all the Christmas stories that come out. This is the third in a series of four short stories that are all stand-alones written by the same author.
In A Pink Christmas Kiss we get to read about a strong female lead and her first love. The story line moves quickly, the friendships are solid and the plot line is well developed. Also, what is not to like when a book has a candy pink car and a sweet sweet car.
Another enjoyable read.
A Pink Christmas Kiss written by Allyson Abbott is book three in the Christmas Kiss Series. This is Billie and Leroys story and it’s a cute one. They were highschool sweethearts and then Billie decided she wanted to move to make a name for herself, only after being gone for 5 yrs it didn’t work out the way she had planned. After moving back and taking over her father’s shop Billie and Leroys have a few run in and secrets start to come out as to why Leroy didn’t leave with Billie. This story is a second chance romance and I loved Billies friend Lucy also she added a nice spin to Billies personality. With everything going on can they rekindle their old relationship and work through the issues they created when Billie left.
This is a short heartwarming Christmas story. I enjoyed how I was pulled right in and made me feel as if I was right there in the story. This is a story about Billie. Five years ago she left her small town behind along with her family and her ex but now she is back. Will she get a second chance with him? I loved their banter back and forth but yet they have great chemistry together. They are strong characters that kept me reading until the end. I highly recommend reading this Christmas story.
A Pink Christmas Kiss is a another captivating christmas romance by Allyson R. Abbott. It is a short second chance romance story that is engaging and entertaining and sweet, well most of it is. Miscommunication and secrets seems to have kept them apart. Can they find a way to communicate honestly and find what was once lost?
Billie wanted so much more, but what she found was that the grass is definitely not greener on the other side. Finally coming home means she has to face her past and hope against hope that her past is happy to see her.
Looking for a little christmas romance then A Pink Christmas Kiss is a great start.
A sweet and fun second chance romance with captivating characters and a heartwarming story that kept me entertained and engaged from beginning to end. I really liked the undeniable chemistry between Billie and Leroy. I received an advance reader copy of A Pink Christmas Kiss and this is my voluntary review.
I just went on yet another Allyson R. Abbott reading binge. This time pouring through through her A Pink Christmas Kiss and A Frothy Christmas Kiss. These holiday delights really are, yet again, like the sweetest of chocolates for a choco-holic (which I most definitely am). And that’s not even counting the fact that they are Christmas romances and I totally adore (truly deeply adore) Christmas romances. Read the publisher’s blurb for a perfectly good synopsis of what these stories about that doesn’t spoil anything. I frankly don’t know which story or which couple I loved the most, Billie and Leroy or Kat and Dan, though I’m enough of a coffee addict (hmm, yet another addiction – though it is second to chocolate) that I suppose any tale even remotely related to coffee had to have the edge. These stories both grabbed me by the heart-strings and were a wonder to read. But for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises – each of these books definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that each book is most definitely “one to read”. It is amazingly easy to highly recommend both of them.
The good storyline and the well rounded characters kept my interest throughout the entire book! I look forward to reading more from this author!
This is a fairly quick, mostly sweet holiday read. I loved Billie. She’s such a spunky, complex character in a very non-traditional career. I wasn’t a fan of how she was portrayed as the only bad guy in a situation that took both her and Leroy to create. I also felt the ending happened too fast. I realize it’s a shorter story and there isn’t the space to dig deep into all their emotional issues. I just wanted resolving five years of painful baggage to use up a little more page space. It’s a quirky, adorable ending, though.
I received a complimentary copy of this book.
