For the past year, talented chef Millie has been consumed with running her new catering business with her sisters, Dru and Tasha. It isn’t until Jackson walks through their door that she realizes something may be missing in the recipe of her life. For the past year, Jackson has been dealing with the fallout of his wife’s abandonment. He’s had to learn how to be a single father to their … their eight-year-old daughter, and will do anything to fill the void her mother left. It isn’t until he commissions Millie for his daughter’s birthday party that he realizes he’s forgotten that he’s not only a father, but a man.
They both think they’re content in their lives, but sometimes the right amount of spice can turn an okay dish into a magnificent one. A Pinch of Salt may be all that’s needed to bring Millie and Jackson the flavor they’ve been missing.

A nice easy read
I liked the way the sisters supported each other and evolved as the book progressed. And made you look forward to each of them having their HEA.
Great
I loved it. This was a terrific first story in the series. Millie and her sisters started a catering business after their mom passed. Each sister handles a different part. Jackson comes in desperate for them to do a Tea party for his little girl. This was all kinda new for the single dad. They don’t do kids parties, but Millie was willing. It was a hit and brought them together.
Cute read with realistic characters.
Three sisters cooking up and cleaning up
I really enjoyed the book, would like more of this kind of reading.
Very cute read. Loved it.
This is the beginning to a great series. I had all the feels in this one and am totally smitten with Jackson.
I love this cover and the name is brilliant. Can’t wait to read Tasha’s story.
This story is slow in the beginning but don’t lose hope it spends up as you read. I loved this book so much I had to read the rest of the series. Trust me this book won’t disappoint at all. I love the way that this story flows and give backgrounds. This book has amazing characters that both have faults and strengths. I loved how their relationship even had ups and downs. It was not instant that they fell in love.
I recommend checking this out.
Definitely a sweet romantic story. Loved the characters, loved the story, definitely one of my favorites.
Jackson has the misfortune of planning his 9 year daughter’s tea party themed birthday party. Millie comes to the rescue and helps make it a mash. They also spark and want to see where it goes. Kayla said 9 year old isn’t a fan because her dad is still married and she is hoping her mom is still coming home. The ups and downs plus the crash and burn is a tale everyone should read. Elvis was a great addition to this story.
Love, love loved this story! I recently read it as part of the ‘Hometown Hope’ boxset and putting it as the last book was such a wonderful choice! It left me feeling so much joy.
I’m not normally a fan of first person POV or stories with single parents but I absolutely loved ‘A Pinch of Salt’! I got all teary and emotional on a couple of occasions, which is also unusual for me. And Jackson and Millie were just gorgeous and so loveable! Normally I prefer reading more alpha type guys (strong and masculine, not assholes!) but Jackson was just so adorable and a real sweetheart that I found him incredibly endearing.
Can’t wait to read my next Bethany Lopez book!
Loved this read
Nice book with a good story
Great read
Enjoyed the book…..and the characters
Best book ever! Loved it!
This is the first book in the Three Sisters Catering Series. This is a sweet and beautiful single Dad story. Millie and Jackson are great characters. Millie is lovely, supporting, and caring. Jackson is handsome, and a good Dad. His daughter is a complex character. I liked Tasha and Dru, Millie’s sisters. The other supporting characters are great. The storyline is interesting, and heartwarming, filled with drama. I like the family bonds in this story. Melanie Ewbank did a good job with the narration. Looking forward to listen to Tasha and Jerico’s story in A touch of Cinnamon, the next book in the series.
Awe so sweet. Loved them both. Great chemistry between the two of them. Very entertaining and light hearted story. Enjoyed all the way to the end.
Just an easy fun read!
