Book 6 (Tangled Tales) Can a forgotten love be rekindled before it is too late? The Forgotten Lady:The de Bar siblings continue to be cursed by the old witch, Hecuba as Cinderella’s memories of her past are stripped away. Living with an evil stepmother and two mean stepsisters, Ella can’t remember who she is, and neither can she remember her true family or even Sir William, the man she loves. The … the man she loves.
The Determined Knight:
Sir William Fremont returns from war to reclaim his castle from his brother and win back the hand of the woman he loves. But along the way he makes a stop in town where he sees Lady Ella de Bar, the woman he almost married before he left to campaign for the king. The odd thing is, Lady Ella is dressed like a peasant and doesn’t seem to know him.
The longer the curse continues, the more people forget Ella exists at all. And if anyone tells her about her past, the curse will never be broken. William sets forth with the challenge of trying to break Ella’s curse and win back her heart. But when his memories of her start to fade as well, it looks as if all hope is lost.
Can true love break the barriers of dark magic before William and Ella’s past relationship is forgotten forever?
(Each book in the series stands alone, but it is always better to read in order so that no surprises are ruined.)
Watch for the last book of the series, Heart of Ice (Snow Queen) – Book 7, coming next!

Mystical, Magical, Memories:
What a fun and enchanting story for adults. A take off of Cinderella fairytale that was fun, exciting and actually I think I liked it better than the original fairytale or the Disney version. The story is still dealing with the same villain as previous Tangled tales. Very wicked witches.
Happy ever after ending.
Quite enjoyable to read.

My Thoughts:
I hate to see this series coming to the end. There is only one more book to come in these delightful retelling of fairytale.
Witches, good and evil and magic abound in this humorous retelling of Cinderella.
The way the author ties them all together by the main characters being siblings. A total of five brothers and two sisters with only the story of one of the brothers left to tell.
I gave this book 4.5 of 5.0 stars for storyline and character development and a sensual rating of 3 of 5 flames. There is not a great deal of intimacy involved since due to the curse the hero and heroine find it hard to remember each other.
I received a complimentary digital copy of this book to read and review. This in no way affected my opinion of this story which I read and reviewed voluntarily.
another fun twist on fairy tale Cinderella! This tangled tales series is fun and interesting! Elizabeth Rose is a colorful writer and you will love this book as much as I do!
Hecuba is at it again. Cinderella de Bar is cursed with total memory loss. Not only can she not remember her past or even who she is, no one remembers her. Before long, it will be as though she does not exist. When her former love finds her, Ella doesn’t know him. By the time he sends for her father (Lucio), William has forgotten her. Lucio has his hands full this time.
Cinderella in confusion is an apt description for this one. Elements of the familiar fairytale are here. Ella is treated as a servant by (she believes) her family. There is a ball and a fairy godmother (of sorts). There is a shoe as a clue (actually two). All the characters we love and hate are here. The storyline is interesting and engaging. Mystery and anticipation will keep you reading to the end.
this story was about remembering love and how far will one go to be with the one they love. cinderella is cursed by a witch that hates her family, her curse is that she can not remember her past and the people around her cant remember either, but into a family that she doesnt belong a father that doesnt remember her and a step mother and sisters that hate her. Sir William Fremont comes back from the war to find his true love Cinderella but she doesnt remember him and he knows that she doesnt belong in the family she is living with. but the witch has other plans, now that he is back will the curse effect him and will he forget his love? this story has a lot of action and surprises in it, How far would you go to keep your true love even when you are not sure its real? love this story, must read, Elizabeth you hit another home run with this one, anyone that hasnt read this series is missing out!
The Moral of the Story is “Love Will Find A Way” in this tangled Fairytale!! The with Hecuba is at is again with a curse being placed on Ella de Bar as with all of her siblings. Ella is living with what she thinks is her evil stepmother and her two mean stepsisters. Classic you say? Not quiet. A wonderful spin on the Cinderella tale, Ella has no memory of her past. The spell can only be broken by the true love of someone who does not know her or tell her about her past. Sir William Fremont has been at war but is returning to find and hopefully win back the woman he loves, Lady Ella. When he comes upon her on his way back home, He realizes she does not know who she is and is dressed in rags. As his memories of her fade and he eventually does not recognize her either ( part of the curse), it seems her spell will never be broken. Will William fall in love with her all over again and free her from her prison? I think this was my favorite of the Tangled Tales although they are all very entertaining! Prepare to be enchanted!!
Love is stronger than memories.
The curse the witch Hecuba puts upon Ella is to forget her past life and all those who knew her, to forget her too. Can a forever love break the curse? Cinderella has always been my favourite fairytale but this version had a twist that I didn’t see coming. I’d like to see Medea (Ella’s half sister) turn to the light and get a happy ending in a future book.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. I was not compensated for my review, and I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion expressed here is my own.
A Perfect Fit is a fairytale retelling of Cinderella. The spin Elizabeth Rose puts on it, is kind of neat! There is definitely some interesting twists and creative ideas. I like where she takes it, but then again…I am a sucker for new spins on the classic fairytales. I haven’t read any of the previous books in the series, but I think I’ll give them a try too.
