Intriguing
She was starting a new life in a small town away from her father’s control. She found a one night stand. He picked up a beautiful woman in a bar. Little did they know their lives were about to change.
Loved the story. Twists and turns that saw coming but were cleverly written to catch you off guard. Small towns keep no secrets but will be there through thick and thin. Jackson and Kayla are great.
It was only supposed to be one night. One night of reckless abandon. One night of unbridled passion. One night of anonymity. Two lives passing in the night. Jackson is a down on his luck ex FBI agent, who was asked to leave when his partner was killed during a mission. Dr. Michaela is the Governors daughter, in genes only. She has been his political pawn her …
Detective Jackson Cantrell is playing pool with “The Boys” and is in a monkey suit when he notices a woman at the bar staring at him, she looks like an “Ice Queen”. One drink leads to 2 then a trip up to his room. No real names given and just one night of passion. Jack would never think that one night with a stranger who he can’t quit thinking …
