Leila can’t believe her luck when the sexiest man she’s ever seen watches her in the subway. Turns out, it might have something to do with the fact that her button is undone, and her boobs are hanging out. Potentially the most disastrous way to meet the CEO of Wolf Entertainments, her boss…A Nerdy Holiday is a novella.
Let’s be honest this series is just short, fast reads to unwind with.
There is no need for negative reviews and reading too much into them. They are not pretending being something they are not. I had fun reading them and I was not annoyed by their plot or moral issues.
I did not care about this book at all. I enjoyed it but I could not connect with the characters because I couldn’t remember them from the previous books. What I liked about this series is that all the characters throughout the stories are all connceted, but unfortunately these two did not make the cut for me.
A Nerdy Holiday by May Sage is a Some Girls Do it novella and absolutely fantastic. This novella moves quickly and I loved every minute of it. The main female character, Leila is such fun and I couldn’t get enough of her. She’s nerdy, fun, unique, and not the typical chick who swoons over a guy with deep pockets. The author has so much fun with this story from the beginning and it never lets up. I adored the twins! They sounded like such down-to-earth characters and ones that any girl would be dying to meet in real life. I appreciate the fact that the author doesn’t have these two be arrogant simply based on the fact that they are good looking AND wealthy.
There is nothing that I don’t like about this book! It’s absolutely perfect from beginning to end! While things move quickly in the story, I appreciate that the author keeps things at a slower pace between the characters. Not many authors do this and it’s not something you see often. I love that Quinn respects his situation until he’s able to change it.
This story is perfect for not just Christmas, but it’s a good read for Valentine’s Day as well. I am rating this novella 5 out of 5 stars. I couldn’t get enough of it. Despite this story being fiction, it gives a girl hope that there are quality guys like Quinn and Vincent out there in the world. If you have read the other books in Some Girls Do It series and enjoyed then grab this novella! You’ll love it! Hands down! 😉
Loved this one so much. From the very first chapter I was hooked. It is a definite must read again for me.
Another amazing read by this author! It’s a feel good story with a holiday theme, so it’s perfect for this time of year! Better than a Hallmark movie and you’ll want more as soon as it ends!
A cute short story about insta-attraction.
It had a different setting from the previous stories with new protagonists .
I do loved those two nerdy characters, it has a fast setting, things go quickly until all derails.
I liked Leila and Quinn, but also Amelia and Vincent, they learn to know another, they see they have plenty in common until they made some wrong decisions. To them to rebuilt their truth.
It was fun and cute.
A 4 stars read.
Quick paced with strong characters, I loved this story because it flowed so easily from beginning to end. It has a great plot and the characters are fun and interesting. I was drawn in by the relatively quirky people and the early they interact but read right through because I had to know how Quinn was going to convince Leila to give him a chance.
