Loved it surprise ending
I love books that I can’t figure out the ending a chapter into the story line. This one kept me guessing. It was heartwarming.
This book is about friendship, love, thanksgiving, forgiving. Such a great read that I have purchased other books by this author, Kristin Noel Fischer.
Great story which shows how deep a true friendship can run.
Wonderful story about love and family. Couldn’t put the book down.
Very good story with a great cast of characters. I had a hard time putting it down. The end of each chapter made me want to just read one more to find out what was going to happen next, I really wanted to know how it ended but also wished it could have gone on a little longer. I felt like I was just getting to know some of the characters and wanted to spend more time with them when it came to an unexpected conclusion.
Enjoyable read.
This book was very well written. It has a happy ending after much sorrow.
While I enjoyed this book greatly, I was so disappointed in the ending. The storyline was well crafted, the characters very well portrayed, but to end so predictably was a let down. I felt the author rushed to finish the book and just wrote an easy conclusion. It didn’t do the story justice.
This was a great book! Kept me guessing and wondering how it would all work out. Loved it!
I enjoyed and kept reading until I finished. Captivating and encouraging.
It was a heart wrenching , page turner. I couldn’t put it down.
I loved it didn’t want it to end is a test jerker
I really liked this book. Had a lot of twists & turns, but I was pleasantly surprised at the ending.
Two interwoven stories – a mother and her daughter – coping with tragedy and heartbreak -, both past and present – and how unpleasant decisions can alter one’s world and life
Never saw the ending coming–but it was good! Great read.
I loved it. I didn’t know the ending until I was almost finished. People were charming and so loving.
Thanks for writing this book.
Fantastic
Loved this book!
Had I known the premise prior to reading, I don’t believe I would have picked it up. However, after becoming close to the characters and understanding their motivations it was easier to see the good in what would otherwise seem very bad decisions. Nadine’s husband is every woman’s dream of stability and honor. Her family members jumped off the pages and lived with me as I read. These were real people with true feelings. The friendship between Ruby and Nadine rang true throughout and it was refreshing to have characters who honored their bond. Well written, excellent story line, a picture of caring, respect, and acceptance. Well done.
