She is my favorite author
This is the second in a series. I found the first book, Waiting for Morning, initially very difficult- a horrific accident, a mother rejecting her faith and the needs of her surviving child. This second book tangetally referred to the family from that first book, while concentrating on the troubled love story of Jade and Tanner. As always, the author liberally sprinkles Biblical verses that light the path of her characters and readers alike. I really loved this book, staying up late and arising early to finish it. I can’t wait to read the third book in the series!
Really enjoyed this book
Time well-spent reading this story with good character building, history artfully woven throughout, and urged a change in opinion of the reader. Thought-provoking without being preachy.
This was the best book I’ve read in quite some time. Not only was the plot captivating but it was a eye opener as to how our society is rapidly changing our constitutional rights.
Karen Kingsbury’s books are awesome! I have read them all!
Another great book from Karen. Once again she has taken the stories that happen in our lives and told them with grace, hope and honesty. Life is not straight forward, the decisions and choices we make have consequences good and bad. A good look at the human condition that we can all learn from.
There is a lot to learn about faith.
I love to read Kingsbury’s books. They are realistic. This one had a twist but it is something that could happen with a lack of communication. This story will stay with you after you are done reading.
Great book!!!!
