Loved it! I didn’t want to stop once I started. Jackson and Jordan’s story is really good. It brought some “old friends” back to mind and made me think a little bit about their stories. I liked the twists and turns throughout the story as things happened in the valley. I volunteered to read an advanced copy of this book.
I have wanted Jackson’s book since he was introduced in Connor’s story.
I am never disappointed in Alicia’s story.
I just hate that they have to end.
I loved the main characters in this book. Totally relatable.
Highly recommend this book.
I pictured Jackson as Alcide from TTB Series
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. Jackson and Jordan can’t stand each other, that’s how it seems, but why keep they falling over each other when no one’s around? Austin just adds wonderfully with his attitude towards his dad that every parent can relate to. You get to reconnect with some New York Clan members that make this story so much more.
Jackson has his hands full, with being Alpha, having a trouble-making kid, and now with two ladies to choose between! This had me laughing out loud, fanning myself, AND shedding a tear. Jordan is an oddball, and these two butt heads. I love how she is with Austin most of all, and Jackson needed to get his head out of his butt for parts of this book. It all works out and we get to see how other characters are doing, but you could read this on it’s own. I loved it.
I absolutely loved this book. I had all wanted to know more about Connor identical twins brother Jackson since he was introduced in Connor ‘s book so worth the wait. Jackson the alpha of Shenandoah clan has so much responsible running the ranch and taking care of his territory and with his son Austin acting out Jackson has his hand full. Add in strange occurrences happen on the ranch with plenty of action, humor, and of course steamy romance you have a very enjoyable and entertaining read. So looking forward to seeing what else is in store for this series. I voluntarily read and review this ARC no monetary compensation was received the opinions I have expressed are my own.
It was a very fun and entertaining book. There was some sexy fun along with a great storyline. Jordan was funny and I loved how she embraced her uniqueness. The characters were interesting and it was great to see characters from the other books. Until next time y’all happy reading.
Jackson has his plate full running his ranch, rehabbing lone wolves, being Alpha of his pack and trying to keep his 8 year old son under control. He doesn’t feel in control of anything in his life. Now they want him to run retreats for city wolves to get back in touch with their animals again? What else could go wrong? Try adding in his mother and sister-in-law deciding he needs a wife and doing a little matchmaking!! When the first group arrive for their week at the ranch with the “perfect” wife along with the least likely candidate and his son gets kicked out of school and someone starts killing animals on the ranch, Jackson wants to run for the hills! A fun romp to love!
Characters that are juxtaposition to each other are some of my favorites to read! I absolutely love Jackson and Jordan. I think that their initial dislike for each other is what makes their chemistry sooooo good! I loved how this story developed. The scenes with Jordan and the babies and the scenes following it are my favorites! I would have loved an update on Samuel at the end. A great addition to the True Mates series.
This is a very well written book filled with romance, love, and a pushy family that wants what’s they think is best for Jackson too bad is heart had other plans. This is a very enjoyable book and well worth reading.
This is part of the bad Alpha Dads series a well-written book that I could not put down until I had finished reading it. I received a copy of this book and I am leaving my honest and voluntarily review.
A fun enjoyable read with likeable characters and an enjoyable plot.
Jackson is the twin brother of Connor whom we met in LONE WOLF DEFENDERS.
Meddling family decide Jackson needs a mate and a mother for his son. They organise for a woman to come on the next corporate trip who they think might be suitable but Jordan ends up coming along at the last minute.
These two are drawn to each other from the start but fight it.
Austin the son, just wants his fathers attention and is playing up to try and get it.
Lovely story with Jackson thinking he wants one type of woman when in reality he needs a totally different type.
Bit of other woman misunderstanding happens but all is good in the end.
This is my honest review of this book kindly given to me but read through Kindle Unlimited.
I voluntarily read this ARC copy and giving a honest review. Great book like all the rest I have read. Jackson Forrest is alpha but is a very bad dad to his son because the son is always is getting in trouble. He has groups of people from other clan coming to his farm for a week to work and get them get closer to their wolf. Liz is all over him and he thinks she would be a good mate but Jordon came at the same time and they can’t seem to stay away from each other. Liz is trying to get him to send his son off to boarding school where she will have alone. His son got kidnapped and Jordon found him and help save him and Liz said some bad things about the boy
Another great book. I love a single dad romance and this one was done so well. It was different to the single dad books that I have read because Austin was older and rebellious, which meant that he and Jackson were constantly butting heads. All Austin needed for a little more attention from his father and perhaps a mother figure who understood and Jordan seemed to be that mother figure from the start. This book was filled with some great back and forth between Jordan and Jackson, simply because as an Alpha Jackson has never really had anyone to keep him on his toes and Jordan does that perfectly. In the end true mates prevail because nothing can stop the connection that they have.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC copy of this book.
