Good book
So engaging.
This was an outstanding western it amazes me how every book of Lorelei Brogan I have read has been so engaging. The challenges that faced Amelia were so realistic it made the character so much more interesting. In fact, all the characters were great. This jewel had danger, drama altogether in such a well-written piece. This book is simply a great job by Ms. Brogan you should pick it up.
Amelia Hudson has had to deal with what life throws at her, her entire life. She’s working a ranch with her father and happens to be mute. Amelia has to deal with the lack of understanding and bullying of those who don’t like people who are different. When her father passes and shes left to fend for herself and run a ranch she begins to struggle. Jacob Dempsey returns to town to bury his brother who has been on the wrong side of the law for a very long time. Jacob turned his life around and Amelia is a kindhearted woman who just wants to live her life. You’ll enjoy the characters and the story!
Life in the 1800’s was tough for any woman but to be left in charge of her father’s ranch with no real knowledge how to run it was a challenge. Add to that the fact that Amelia was mute. Lorelei Brogan always brings the most interesting characters and this book is no exception. Amelia Hudson, a mute innocent, Jacob Dempsey, an outlaw or is he, Ella Taylor, business owner and Reuben Palmer, attorney, are four very diverse characters whose friendship makes total sense in this book. This book keeps you engaged with humor, romance and mystery. The plot has plenty of questions to be answered. I completely enjoyed this book.
ONE REFRESHING, TWIRLING SPIN!!!

Launching forward with such perfection and skill escalating this baby to staggering heights All the trials and tribulations, twists and turns, ups and downs adds a little spice to the mix with staggering results. Throw in the perplexing situations that keep your full attention on this page turning dynamo and you have one wild rollercoaster ride. This mind blowing storyline and striking plot, propels this gem to life vividly. The drama, angst, danger and suspense catapults this little jewel to a whole new level. The realism and authenticity of the characters as their on point personalities blend and connect along with the graphically detailed scenes that thrust this little jewel together smooth as silk. Fantastic job Lorelei, thanks for sharing this little gem with us.
