One of the best books I have ever read.
Heartbreaking.
I loved this book. I didn’t want it to end. I found myself engrossed in the characters lives, especially Jude and Willem.
Great read. Could not put it down. Great characters. Realistic
One of the best books I have ever read
Deep and meaningful.
This is a very dark book but it is also inspiring. Can be brutal but uplifting as well.
Yes, it’s a tear-jerker and many people critisize it for being tragedy-porn. But it’s astonishing how a book which could use some serious cutting and additing still turns out to be such a page turner.
I loved the modern fanfiction-angst-with-no-happy-ending writing-style. Although it would have gained much value and meaning if there hadn’t been a bad end.
At first, it was difficult to delve into the story line, but as I continued it was very interesting .
One of the best reads ever! Character development was superb and I didn’t want the book to end. Loved it!
such an in depth look at the impact of childhood experiences on who we come to be… very well written but could have used some editing. A very long book that captures your interest. It is haunting and profound
Wow. This book stays with you and rips your heart out.
Not for all but a fabulous book
