Lucie is ready to swear off dating. The tough-as-nails contractor has had it with internet dates and set ups. When a wrong number leads to an intense encounter, she can’t believe she’s talking to a famous chef. Nash is bewildered but a whole lot intrigued with his hot phone call partner. When the chance to get to know Lucie better becomes available, he knows what he wants to do. But angry employees, future career opportunities and Lucie herself threaten to break these two before they even get started.
This was a very fun, very steamy, fast read!
A wrong phone number and call turns into phone sex? And it turns out that the guy is not only hot but nice. Nash and Lucie’s relationship may have started with a wrong number but it blossomed with each barbecue sauce created for pulled pork, chicken, or ribs.
It was a mouthwatering story with a lot of spicy sex.

This is the 3rd book I’ve read written by Mellanie Szereto; she has done a great job at writing a good book; I will definitely be reading more of her books.
The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.
I loved the chemistry between the characters.

I love the interaction of these two. Nash the chef and Lucie the carpenter. A wrong number that ends up so right until it’s not. A disgruntled ex employee and a bbq competition keeping things on edge for more than one reason

Nash and Lucie’s relationship started with a wrong number. It blossomed with each barbeque sauce created for pulled pork, chicken, or ribs. It was a mouthwatering story with a lot of spicy sex. I like how the author depicted Lucie’s character as a construction company owner, unapologetically career-focused, and courageous. Great read! [I received an advanced copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.]
I loved everything about the book except the anal play. I’m not a fan of it but it wasn’t enough that when I skimmed through it that I lost portions of the story. I especially liked that the characters were older adults. So many authors write characters that are in their twenties and the story flows like their in their twenties very immature. I have read several of this authors books and they are great.

Lucie and Nash
by Myrna C.
A hot chef and restaurant owner Nash and carpenter Lucie accidentally met by a wrong number. Lucie checked him out and Nash felt she was his phone partner when he saw her at his restaurant. They were both attracted to each other and decided they want a commitment. But when Lucie found out she was to judge him for a cook off, she has to stay away from him personally as per the rules. Nash found out and decided he wants Lucie more than winning the contest. So they live happily.

This was so funny, loving, and sexy. Nash and Lucie meet by phone after a mistake phone call that turns into phone sex. That was the hottest phone sex ever too. I was panting and found myself trying to find myself a Nash. Love how their story progressed, although I would have loved to see an epilogue.

A wrong number and the ensuing s*x call bring Nash and Lucie into each other’s lives. It’s a great read with characters that have a path in life and are not afraid to go for it.

Oh my! A wrong phone number and call turns into phone sex? And it turns out that the guy is not only hot but nice. It’s great to be able to read books where the characters aren’t in their teens/early 20s so that they know who they are and what they want – and aren’t afraid to ask for it. There’s also a twist when Lucie has to fire one of her employees. Looking forward to reading more of the books in this series.

A quick read that was easy to follow. Lucie is surprised by a call from a man who says he is Nash Granger so she goes on a find to see if the guy really is who he says he is. Lucie is the owner of her construction company and since it is a male dominated business she has to be a very tough boss and person. Nash and Lucie develop a relationship for a HEA story.
