I enjoyed this book. The dialogue between the main characters is fast paced and humorous. This book is very entertaining and enjoyable. This book was slightly out of reading order for me as I believe it is the second mystery in this group and I had already read the rest published so far, but there were no spoilers so it could be read on its own.

Wonderful, short read. Always a good time with Chelsea and Miss May. This time they travel to a Bake-off competition.
Fun cozy series! This time the girls take a road trip to a baking competition. But, when the judge drowns, they must investigate. The writing is fresh and skillful. The plot is tight and multi-layered, and the characters are well drawn and believable. It was an enjoyable read and I’m looking forward to future installments. Really short but good. I really am confused about a couple of things though. How do they NOT get into anymore trouble with Miss Teeny with them? And how on earth does Miss May carry pies in her purse without damaging them? I am glad I finally started reading this series, it makes me laugh so much.
Chelsea, Miss May, and Teeny are back in action. The clues were tight to the chest so it was rather difficult to identify the culprit before the big reveal. Overall a good cozy mystery.
I received this book as an arc reader. As usual I loved this cozy mystery series. The main characters, Chelsea, Miss May and Teeny fell into a murder investigation. This one happens while they are on a much needed vacation to Vermont. They thought they were going to enjoy a baking competition, but turns out one of the judges was murdered, he was found by Chelsea! As usual the three ladies are giving it all they got, and then some! The book is fun, fast paced and keeps you guessing until the end!
A fun, short, cozy mystery.
Aunt May, Chelsea and Teeny are in Vermont for a bake-off competition. Unfortunately, before the judging of the competition can even begin, the judge is floating in the lake and named as a suspect is none other than Chelsea. Will Aunt May be able prove Chelsea is not the murderer?
This short story is a well-written, entertaining, and easy read. A nice side book to the series.
Another excellent book. Very easy to read . I do prefer it when they are on their home turf. Miss May never fails to produce a pie from her magic bag

You are definitely going to love the three main characters in this easy reading, clean cozy mystery! Now they are there for the bake-off which they hope to win first prize—the judge is notorious for being really nasty to just about everyone! Chelsea decided to go down to the lake for a swim—and found him drowned in the water–literally bumped into him,!!
She becomes a prime suspect—so–the trio decides to find out who really did the judge in–there are several suspects-all with good reason to want this man dead!! Teemy is a bit scatter brained and was the cause for me to keep shaking my head–but Miss May could usually get her back on target–
Do they figure it out? Did they win first place in the bake off? You really will have to read this book to find out!!
Miss May, Chelsea and Teeny head out of town for a baking competition but murder seems to follow them no matter where they go and when the celebrity judge is found dead, Chelsea finds herself as one of the main suspects. To clear her name, they start their own investigation.
There are many things I like about this series but there is one major thing I dislike and that is the character of their friend, Teeny. She says the most ridiculous/stupid things and I feel that it takes away from the story. I find myself cringing every time she opens her mouth. I truly like everything else about these mysteries especially that there aren’t any cliffhangers but her character is incredibly distracting and rarely adds anything to the story. Of course, this is just my opinion so others may like her.

I really enjoyed A knead to Kill by Chelsea Thomas. It is a fun, interesting mystery. This a a quick read. I really like the characters and there are enough twists to keep you guessing to solve the mystery.
Another fun read with Chelsea, Miss Mae and Tina as they travel to a bake off. Of course, Chelsea has to find a dead body while swimming in the lake. Their antics in crime solving will keep you wanting more from these amazing authors
this is a fun short read. They are involved in a baking contest this time, with a dead body. Chelsea and Miss May need to find the killer in order to finish the contest

I’m glad that the authors created a novella in between the regular books. I’ve read the entire series and this book is just as good. It was weird reading about Chelsea and Miss May in another town but it came together well. I missed reading about the locals and the apple orchard but, boy oh boy, there was a lot of secrets in Vermont. Who knew that bakers were such as territorial bunch.
