A simple deal… Complicated emotions…I’m used to cleaning up after my boss, Hollywood superstar and all-around bad boy Ryder Pryce-Reed. Nothing can shock me now–not the countless “humped and dumped” women or the wreckage left in the wake of his wild ways–until he asks me to marry him……for a year.He says it’s strictly so he can claim his beloved grandfather’s painting, but I know there’s … grandfather’s painting, but I know there’s more. There’s always more with Ryder.
My instincts say no, but he’s offering to take care of the baby in my womb. Since my self-centered ex isn’t going to play the father, I say yes, while steeling my heart. I can’t afford to fall for a man who only wants me for a year.
But how can I resist the sexiest man alive when he turns on his formidable charm to give everyone a good show? And how does a simple girl like me deal with the spotlight as his fiancée…or the scandal that explodes in our faces?
Note: This book contains a cliffhanger.

Ends on a cliffhanger, really disappointing.
I really enjoyed the story. I loved the twists and turns and really loved getting to know the characters. The background of the two main characters was very interesting. I enjoyed it so much I had to get the next book for the rest of the story.
An excuse to write graphic sex scenes and not much more.
Can’t wait for the other books
I really enjoyed the Hollywood deal books they were beautifully written. These books were hard to put down!!
I got so caught up in the story of Ryder and Paige, I had to order the second book. I think I read both in a week, which for me, is fast. If it wasn’t for the fact I get up every day at 5 am to get ready for work, it wouldn’t have taken THAT long. Highly recommend it for those looking for a quick summer romance read.
This was a good beach read – characters were predictable but interesting. The plot was rote but satisfying.
So good ..finshed in two days and read the next book
Thoroughly enjoyed it. Fell in love with Ryder!
Enjoy this series. Highly recommend.
Enjoyed the book
Fantastic read, BUT… you have to get book 2 inorder to finish the story
Good book
I hate when stories continue on to a second book. The next story in the series (there are four brothers and a sister) is THREE books, the third brother has two books and FINALLY the fourth brother is only one book. I won’t be purchasing the next six plus books to finish the series. And the cost of each book is substantial for Kindle romance books ($5 each)
when I read it I could not put it down. the story want it to go on but I can not wait for the next book.
Would have given it at least one more star, but it was a cliff-hanger! I hate them. I would never have picked it up if I knew in advance.
This book was entertaining, but definitely not realistic.
do not like books that leave you mid story and you have to buy the next volume. But I did. Because this one was good enough to catch me up into the story and really didn’t unfold in such a way that you could say oh that’s how its going to end. There was a little bit of twisted mystery, some uncertainty. So I bought the second volume and read to the end. And saved them for re-reading another day.
Do not appreciate a book just ending abruptly, forcing the next book to be bought if you want more of the story. I am more likely to buy more in a series if the characters are great and draw me in, not with cliffhangers.
Not much, don’t like to have to buy additional books to find out ending
