Akira has secrets. But so does the town of Tassamara.
Akira Malone believes in the scientific method, evolution, and Einstein’s theory of relativity. And ghosts.
All the logic and reason in the world can’t protect her from the truth — she can see and communicate with spirits. But Akira is sure that her ability is just a genetic quirk and the ghosts she encounters simply leftover … encounters simply leftover electromagnetic energy. Dangerous electromagnetic energy.
Zane Latimer believes in telepathy, precognition, auras, and that playing Halo with your employees is an excellent management technique. He also thinks that maybe, just maybe, Akira Malone can help his family get in touch with their lost loved ones.
But will Akira ever be able to face her fears and accept her gift? Or will Zane’s relatives be trapped between life and death forever?

Fun to read but weak characterizations
Thoroughly enjoyed this read. Characters are believably quirky with scenes that make you laugh out loud from the sheer audacious absurdity. Makes me wonder…what else could be haunted??? 😉
A gift of ghosts is a fun imaginative story of a young woman trying to cope with her gift of seeing ghosts. I loved how real and relatable each character was. I also loved how well written this was and although there are followup books, it was also a good stand alone book. But admittedly, i did have to get the next three because I just wanted …
This was a most unusual heroine; a physicist with the ability to talk to ghosts.
She denies her gift, thinking it a kink. She meets a handsome businessman who owns, with his family, a most unusual business. Quirky relatives and a house that comes with it’s own set of resident ghosts- what’s not to like?
I wanted to like this book so much that I pushed myself to read further than I should have. There was no real storyline to draw the reader in.
Very interesting- read the rest is the series too
It was something different. I bought the sequel.
Enjoyed the story with a paranormal twist. Happy endings are my favorite. Well written and unlock forward to reading the next installment in the series!
This was a really fun book to read. A little paranormal, a little romance and likeable characters. I’d recommend it for a weekend read. Easy to get through quickly because yo won’t want to put it down.
It was an exceptional read! Loved the characters and the story line. I couldn’t put it down! I would highly recommend reading it.
Easy read.
I really loved this concept
Thoroughly enjoyed this story. The idea of someone being able to see and talk to ghosts is intriguing and yet full of problems.
This series had me from the first page to the last page of the last book. It made me feel relaxed, but couldn’t wait to read the next book. I wish there were more to read about Tassamara right now. (Maggie’s story coming?)
Very entertaining.
Really enjoyed it! A little sad when it ended. Usually feel that way about a book I’m enjoying.
Entertaining
I loved this book!
Enjoyed this perspective of living with ghosts.
First book in a great series.
