It was a very well written book. I highly recommend it to teen girls!
Delightful book
Beautifully written lovely novel!
A charming coming of age story. It was well worth the time.
Awful! I couldn’t get through even half the book. I even tried listening to it on my kindle and it was still terrible.
A French Girl in New York #1 is a great read filled with music and adventure. This book has great characters and it’s well-written. It was good to see the main character get her big break and see her dreams come truth after all she’d been through. The author also did a great job of painting a picture of Paris and New York for readers.
Thought provoking book. I truly enjoyed reading it.
It starts out really slow it got so bad that I almost stop reading but it has a really great ending and you come to love the character.
I enjoyed this book very much, and highly recommend it. The characters were well developed, although a lot of the story was a modernized version of Cinderella. Despite that, the author was able to draw you into the story of an orphan girl used and abused by her so called family, who discovers she has a gift. That gift was her voice and her musical …
I enjoyed this book. Fun teenage drama and romance.
experience of a young girl finding out where she belonged
I’m so glad I was introduced to “French Girl” series! Maude is a beautiful soul raised in abject poverty (unlike the other members of her family). The family who takes her in a family I’d love to be a member of, and each one of them plays an important role in the book. It’s definitely got a hint of “Cinderella” in it, but in a most unexpected way. …
awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this is a good book i recomend it to any one who is bored and don’t know what to do this will intertain you
I liked it enough to read the series
Really a great book and it told me never give up and stand up for yourself
Great fairytale!!!
A modern-day twist on Cinderella involving a teenage French musician. A good plot, well-drawn African and African-American characters.
I really enjoyed this book however I didn’t realize it was part of a series. I like the development of the different relationships and the twist at the end.
The book was OK. I thought it was a bit too simplistic though.
