When the handsome ranch owner offers to let the three troublemakers pay for the damages with hard work over the summer, she happily accepts. When he suggests they go on a date, she can’t say yes fast enough.

Three spirited foster children, one social worker, one billionaire, and horses on a Colorado ranch make for a beautiful and touching story. They come together in an unexpected way and find acceptance, happiness and love. They all overcome obstacles that are in their way. The children are dealing with a foster care system that is stretched to its limits. The social worker who has the biggest heart and strives to make the best out of their situation. The billionaire who’s life has been threatened has been uprooted from California to his beautiful ranch in Colorado.
There are sections of the story that seem slow as it builds the story but, other than that it is a really good story that will endear your heart.
Finding Home
Mia works for Child Protective Services and was just getting home when she got a call about 2 of her charges. The had broken into a ranch house. Carter is a billionaire in hiding in a ranch he owns that no one knows about since he was getting death threats. He works a deal out with her for the boys to pay back the cost of the window by working at the ranch. Now with his help the 3 kids are doing better.
This book is absolutely amazing! Krista lakes will not disappoint! Mia is a social worker, and Carter is a billionaire. Mia meets Carter when a couple of her kids break in to a farm house. I would definitely recommend this book.
Enjoyed this book
Mia is a social worker that gets too close to her clients. She’s doing everything she can to keep 3 siblings together when she gets a call. The boys have broken into a billionaire’s ranch house & were caught. Can you convince him not to call the police?
Carter is receiving death threats because of his business. After a near miss from a car bomb, his head of security had him move out to his ranch in Colorado. He wasn’t expecting two young boys to break in or have a young, attractive social worker. Can he get her to keep visiting the ranch?
This is a great love story with some danger & mystery thrown in. Mia & Carter are attracted to each other from the beginning. The journey to the HEA was interesting to read & it took some unexpected twists & turns. I loved the interactions between Carter & the kids. Another nice story from Krista Lakes!

A Forever Kind of Love is a stand-alone book that is fun, sexy, caring, suspenseful with lots of underlying stories that keep you reading until the last page! ! What a well written book! !
Carter Williamson is a billionaire; car designer who doesn’t want kids has been receiving death threats from an unknown person and has gone into hiding at one of his many properties. His ranch has lots of security and cameras but somehow to Smith boys (who are being watched by older sister Lily) break into his house to steal something that belongs to the billionaire (they do not know his name) so the kids at school will be their friends and they refuse to talk to him except to say call Mia Amesworth….she was totally not what he expected….in a social worker.
Mia Amesworth is a social worker who is determined to keep this family of three together…when she gets a call about the boys and is told she has 5 minutes to get to the ranch (which is 10 minutes away) before the cops are called and Mia knows this could be what breaks this family apart. She calls Lily and finds out the boys snuck away. Once she gets the story out of the boys, Carter decides they must do work on the ranch to pay for breaking the window so Lily says she wants to help too.
Can Mia and Carter come together as more than friends, will working on the ranch be what the Smith’s need to keep them out of trouble and will they find that family can be something other than blood related and find their HEA???
