The fourth generation Tremiato Winery promises answers, but not before a dead body turns up at the vintners’ scheduled Harvest Festival. All four Tremiato siblings have possible motives, … motives, as well as a few peripheral acquaintances, but only one could be the guilty party. As Sadie juggles truffles, tips and turmoil, she’ll need to sort the grapes from the wrath in order to find the identity of the killer.

Light read. A little too cutesy in style for my taste, but interesting.
Sadie is not the type of person that would be in my circle of friends. Actually, this book doesn’t tell much about Sadie’s family or friends. This is all about solving the mystery of who murdered the man in the fermentation room. I am not quite sure how Sadie got the role of crime solver, but she is right there, front and center. It’s a fun read, but no character study or thought provoking situations, just a fun read.
Story flowed well. I had trouble connecting to the main character who spent so much time with her dog in situations and places typically reserved for people.
Not enough murder for my taste
A family feud and a “flair” for exotic fashion round out the characters in this wine country mystery.
predictable fluff
Good read
Very light reading, but enjoyed it enough to order the second book in the series.

Enjoyed both books in the series.
