She’s an assassin for the gods, and he’s her mark. Granted immortality by the gods, Tink’s assignment is simple: eliminate all threats to the Dragon Queen. When the Vampire, Leif, attacks the queen, his deed can’t go unpunished. Given the assignment to end him, Tink hesitates. Unable to slay him, Tink instead opens a portal to the safety of her original home in 16th Century Scandinavia. What … original home in 16th Century Scandinavia. What was intended as an act to protect him from other Chosen turns out to be a nightmare with a change in the timeline.
In this reality, on the brink of war, the supernatural is out in the open and shifters abound. A dragon shifter is demanding fealty, as an army of werewolves wreak havoc along the coast, and vampires are enemies of the crown.
Caught between that of honor and duty, love and power, and trying to protect her family from the invading scourge that seeks to force the kingdom to fall, Tink must choose.
She is the gods’ chosen. Is she willing to risk time and place to save the vampire she loves, or will her duty and honor be a death sentence for them both?

A Dragon’s Witch (Dragons Book 4) by Tina Glasneck is a fantasy starring Tink and the vampire she has to slay. Because she couldn’t bring herself to slay him, she opens a portal to ancient Scandinavia and send him back, which inadvertently altars the timeline.

A witch destined by the gods of Asgard to protect the dragon queen and a really angry vampire, who is her fated mate make up the story.
Like other stories in this series the gods of Asgard play an active role in determining the life of the main characters, Leif and Tink.
To protect him, Tink sends Leif back to the Middle Ages, but life is full of vampires, shifters and other paranormal beings.
Finding their way back to each other and staying honorable are the main threads through this story.
Personally I found it a little confusing at times, but all in all quite entertaining and a good read.

It was good to read about Tink again and get her story.
I like the series and this story is a good addition indeed.
At times I was a bit confused at the beginning because there was too much back story but then things got better and better.

A Dragon’s Witch (Dragons Book 4) by Tina Glasneck is a wonderful story that I have read. This is book number four in this wonderful series that I fell in love with. It has vampires with all types of shifters in it and I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading these in their stories.

Dragon’s Witch combines Norse mythology with witches, vampires, dragons, time travel, and some medieval history. The story focuses on a witch whose job is to protect the dragon queen and who has loved a vampire prince for centuries. The storyline is exciting and they have a long, complicated history that keeps things interesting. My problem was that I often had to go back to clarify things as I was reading. A few scenes seemed unnecessary or a little confusing. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Lord this series just keeps getting better and better. Now we learn more about Tink and Leif. In their story they go through so much drama and suspense. This story has a lot of twists and turns that draw you in and doesn’t let go. You start to read this amazing story and you can’t put it down. It is extremely well written and the characters are ever growing. To completely understand the story you will definitely want to read the other three books. But oh what a read they all are. I can’t wait for the next one. I just know that there has to be another in the series because it is too amazing to just end. This story is like a sweet taste of ice cream. It is oh so good.

Loved it. Paranormal romance adventure. Tink has a hard choice to make. She is the gods chosen. Is she willing to risk time and place to save the vampire she loves, or will her duty and honor be a death sentence for them both?

A Dragon’s Witch is Book 4 in the Dragons series. This is Tink (a witch) and Leif’s (a vampire) story. The major stumbling block for these two is Leif was made by the Queen of Dragons. Like all of Tina Glasneck’s Dragons series, this is an exceptionally well written storyline with extremely well developed characters. Sometimes the road to true love is rocky and filled with pot holes, but for Tink and Leif it is nearly destroyed and impossible to traverse. However, they are not deterred and are determined to travel it. We have vampires, witches, dragons, and Norse Gods with lot of twists, turns drama, and suspense that will keep you turning pages to the last. Like the preceding three books, I enjoyed this book very much and am looking (hoping) for another book in this series. I highly recommend this book and series but suggest you read the first three books as they will enhance your enjoyment of this one. Received a copy from Booksprout and this is my voluntary and honest review.
I have enjoyed all of the Dragon series by Tina Glasneck and Tink was one interesting character.
All of the characters that Tina has in her stories are intriguing, but Tink seemed to really capture my attention.
What would happen if you did hesitate and not follow through on your duty, but made a decision with your heart?
This story also highlights for every action there is a reaction, but will the reaction be one that we want?
Read the series – you will not be disappointed !
A++
The first part of this book I found confusing. I was expecting it to focus more tightly on what the blurb said, a woman chosen by the Gods in conflict with what the god’s task for her was.
For the first 15% to 20% of the book, what we see is a lot of backstory without much action and very little dialogue. I actually found the section rather tedious to read; there was simply too much narrative. The backstory goes way back, over 500 years ago, to when Lady Abele was nearly executed as a young woman because of her association with her brother. Next scenes show her near the end of her natural life, wallowing in and wanting to atone for her past misdeeds. Freyja offers her immortality in exchange for her service in protecting a certain dragon shifter queen from any harm that might befall her. Over the course of five hundred years, Lady Abele does many acts that have personally made her uncomfortable, but she serves the will of the gods. We learned this all through telling, not showing, as Lady Abele thinks about all that has transpired and is transpiring in her life. As the book moves to modern times, dialogue (thankfully!) comes into play and more actions are shown, but they are not explained well; context and relevance are not immediately apparent. The reader is often left to guess the significance or meaning what happens in the book. I found this little frustrating.
The book has some of the common issues with grammar, punctuation, and usage, but I was so working on trying to figure out what the book was about and what threads were important to follow that I was not distracted by these errors.
I fell in love with Tink the first time I read of her, and I am glad that she finally got her own story told. I love the action that Tink goes through for her second chance at her one true love. What more could you ask for in a storyline that deals with Norse Gods, Dragons, Witches, Vampires, and time travel.

Ever since the first Dragon book came out, Tink has been one of my favorite characters in the series. I’m so excited to see that she finally gets a story of her own… Well, at least one where she’s leading the action. And for Tink to get a second chance at her one true love – or at least she will if she can figure out how to be true to both her heart and her duty The plot is so richly detailed; filled with historical fact as well as fantasy. I loved getting this opportunity to see what’s going on during Jaz’s captivity, but it’s just made me even more rabid to find out how they’ll free her.

Fantastic read
