Keeping a lid on all the paranormal beings inhabiting Washington D.C. is a daunting job. Bruce, a six hundred year old demon and the Territory Overlord of the Western Hemisphere, keeps his finger on the pulse of DC’s power players through the activities at his highly successful Wycked Hair Salon. His movie star good looks and body builder physique keeps his dance card full and the rumor mills … running. Within these walls, his anonymity is safe, mostly.
Bruce’s world spins out of control when Angelique, a pint size, gorgeous witch, with an attitude breezes through the doors of his salon. She is the younger sister of Tristian, Bruce’s long time trusted enforcer, whose professional skills are second to none. Tristian is furious at the relationship between Bruce and Angelique, a dangerous situation. The undeniable attraction between demon and witch promises to tear apart both their professional and personal worlds.

Bruce is a six hundred year old demon and he is the Territory Overlord for the Western Hemisphere. Angelique is a pint size, gorgeous witch with a saucy attitude who sends Bruce’s world spinning out of control as if keeping a lid on all the paranormal beings inhabiting Washington D.C. isn’t daunting enough. Bruce and Angelique are strong, vibrant characters that demand the readers pay attention and the chemistry between has sparks flying in every direction. The passion between burns hot which makes things real interesting when they butt heads on whether or not they should pursue the attraction. Things between this couple is further complicated by the fact that Angelique’s brother, Tristian, is Bruce’s long time trusted enforcer which adds to the emotional turmoil and quite a bit of excitement to the story. On a side benefit, this story also has a relationship brewing between Angelique’s best friend and another paranormal (sorry have to leave you in suspense on that one) which adds some intrigue and romance to the story.
The story is fast paced and full of suspense and danger as the attraction between Bruce and Angelique threatens to destroy both their professional and personal worlds. In addition, the story has some deadly and magical events taking place when bad guys try to exact some revenge against Bruce and Tristian. The author has created a fascinating paranormal world with an abundance of wonderfully intriguing characters that ensure that readers want more.
A Demon’s Witch by Tena Stetler is the first book I’ve read by this author and it will not be the last. All I can say is Wow! Read this book, it’s a magical story with witches, demons, wizards, fairies and a few more surprises. The storyline was engaging and kept my interest as well as the drama, the twists, the mistakes and the emotional turmoil created tension for the couple. Bruce and Angelique are both strong characters and that made for a well balanced couple. The attraction between the couple simmered along nice as they engaged in a chemistry that was steamy and hot. I Love how everything worked out, now one of my favorite book.

This is a well written paranormal romance between Bruce and Angelique who have a strong chemistry together. The author does a great job building the story and pulling you in with the colorful cast of paranormal characters. She does a beautiful job vividly detailing of both the characters and scenery. Book one of the Demon’s Witch Series a well written story that held my interest until the end. I do know I should have read this book first instead of starting with book two. This is Angie/Angelique a witch and Bruce a demon and the Territory Overlord of the Western Hemisphere’s story of a love that is forbidden. This a book I could not put down it has a good storyline and the pages flow smoothly from one to the other. I will be reading book three next and then I am going to read them all in order.
A Demon’s Witch
Tena Stetler
I thought this was a cute book. It had fun characters, and a good story. I enjoyed Angie and Bruce. They were great together. They had fun dialogue, and great scenes. The supporting characters made the book fun, and the storyline kept me interested in turning the pages.
Wow just wow this book is so good. Romantic book. Five star book. Highly recommended it and I already know a few people that would read this book in a heart beat. Sincerely couldn’t put down the book.
A paranormal story full of twists, drama, suspense, and emotions that kept me intrigued throughout the story. Great character development so I got to know them inside and out. Not only did I love the interaction between Angie and Bruce, I really enjoyed getting to know the lesser characters, especially Matiah. Definitely a good story and one I found I enjoyed reading.

I admit I worried about reading this as I’ve never read a fantasy book with demons, angels and vampires. What a great surprise. I enjoyed it immensely. Couldn’t wait to get back to it every time I set it down.
This is also the first novel I’ve read by Tena Stetler but it won’t be the last. I felt an instant connection with the main characters, Bruce and Angie, whose romance unraveled like a well-told love story. Stetler also has a charming way of drawing you into the lives of the story’s minor characters, such as Willow, Owen, and in particular, I loved Matiah. Always an eye out for who was good and who, wicked, I loved the storyline and ending, too.
If you’ve been tempted to try a fantasy novel, this is a great book to begin with. Told from the inner workings of the magical realm, it has an every-day factor to it as well. Two business owners crossing paths. Great read.
