Fun series.
What a fun, fun ride. It doesn’t matter that I live in Arizona and should be familiar with some of the interesting ways Dahlke describes the neighborhood. The way she tells the story makes it brand new. I liked her dad best. Wait, no, no, I love Pearlie and some of the situations she gets in. The visit to the beauty salon was, well…a beauty. …
Couldn’t put it down!
Lalla Baines is a bit impetuous, bull-headed and a risk-taker, but so likable.
Had to give it 5 stars in spite of a couple of repeated sentences.
;oved the quirkiness to the plot and the characters. story was original, twisty and intriguing.
Really nice murder mystery, with a lot of twists worked in
The two girl characters don’t appear to be as smart as they supposedly are but was still a quick read.
I like these characters
Great book, a wonderful read.
Good characters, zipped through it and was caught up in plot
Very entertaining. I really liked it.
Didn’t want this to book to end, really great.
It’s a cozy mystery with twists. I’d read another.
I loved this book. Nice entertaining easy read.
Good mystery…lots of twists and turns. Some unique characters who have been part of this series from the beginning. Holds your interest from beginnng to end. OK as a stand alone story, and the prologues give you an idea of the backgrounds of previous books.
Although not as funny as the first three books, this story is still a good read. Wonderful characters that are believable. Highly recommend.
Stopped reading after chapter four. A big waste.
Love this author!
Loved the story and the characters.
Very unrealistic. Who deals with a murder every year! Way too much going on like a zycadelic picture !
Great story that keeps you turning the pages
