The Cowboy Billionaire’s Neighbor Next Door is a accidental friends to lovers second chance story. Seth was raised with Jenna as her brother Isaac was Seth’s best friend and they lived on ranches next to each other. Both had been through failed marriages so dating had not been a high priority. But at his sweet Mama’s persistence, he goes over to Jenna’s ranch to talk to her and an accident causes her to cut her head and Seth carries her to the hospital. A kiss sets their romance into motion. But can Seth not compare her to Wendy and Jenna not compare him to Marcus?
This is a cute story about best friends becoming lovers. I believe true friendship will develop into a purer kind of love. Jenna and Seth have that kind of chemistry. They don’t act on it, but feed their friendship, until it becomes more. I like Jenna and Seth, but Seth seems a little too goody two shoes for a real man. I liked the story line and plot. It’s just a matter of being open to new possibilities.
In the life of a female “Hitch”, Evelyn coordinates meetings with unsuspecting cowboys who don’t know how to get out of their own way. When it’s all said and done they are never the wiser at the effort put into the “chance meeting” they had with the love of their lives. It’s a great job that Evelyn loves, but the fact that she can’t keep a relationship for herself gets in the way of her credibility.
Rhett moved to the Texas panhandle and bought a ranch to get away from his life in Eastern Texas. One area of the book I never quite got a handle on was why, though I could tell it was as much for his brothers, if not more so, than himself. As it happens, his ranch is next door to Evelyn’s.
I found it an interesting twist on a fake marriage story that both parties knew exactly what they were doing when it happened. They planned to get divorced at an undetermined time before they went through with it. At times, I got frustrated with Evelyn and her ideas. As it went on though, I enjoyed it and how everything played out. Liz does a great job of weaving in the next couple, making sure it’s part of the plot and makes sense.

Good beginning to a new series. This was a new to me author and I was pleasantly surprised with her work. A very nice second chance story even if occasionally I wanted to shake the characters and say talk to each other. I will be looking for more of the author’s work.
I received a free copy of this book. The cowboy billionaire’s neighbor next door- Seth and Jenna grew up together in a small town. Seth is best friends with her brother. Life leads them in different direction and then they meet again as they come back home to live. I enjoyed reading this story. What great characters. This was the first book that I have read by Emmy Eugene and I can’t wait to read the next book in this series
An emotional second chance romance.
I really enjoyed reading about Jenna and Seth as they are both older than the average characters in romance. They also have issues that come along with being a bit older. Add into the equation the fact that Seth is her older brother Isaac’s best friend and things can get a bit messy. But they can’t seem to stay away from each other and finally decide to give things a try.
This is the first book in the Chestnut Ranch Romance series and I am really looking forward to more.

This was great book, I can not wait to read more in the series about the other brothers. Jenna and Seth have great chemistry together and I am looking to read more of there story as the other books in the series come out. I really enjoy that fact that they have always been friends and are finally both realizing that they want more from each other.
This is the first book I have read by this author. It was interesting.
I liked that the characters ages ranged from mid 30’s to 40. They were both divorced, there were issues of infertility, and they had experienced life somewhat. This was a sweet, clean romance. I liked the concept of the ranching brothers. I thought how they became billionaires was an interesting twist.
Seth was a good guy. Kind, sweet, generous. I’m not sure how I felt about Jenna. Sometimes I liked her and other times I was trying to figure out what was wrong with her.
Although Seth and Jenna were older, they sometimes came across as much younger in some of their behavior, mainly in the area of communication. They both had been divorced and both encountered problems with infertility, but their conversation about each of these issues was extremely superficial.
Seth was pulled in so many directions, he made me tired. I didn’t understand why Jenna never had a conversation with him about why that bothered her or what they could do to resolve it.
After she made the decision about her job, there was never any discussion about the direction her life would take next. I’m not 100% sure why she did what she did.
I felt like all the serious conversations that were part of having a relationship were all glossed over. This didn’t make the book a lighthearted read, it made the book just light, without depth. The book also went on way too long considering there was no real discussions being had about anything but dogs. And, there were no discussions about some of the feelings the characters were experiencing. They spent a lot of time with their own thoughts.
It kind of made me sad because I felt this had the potential to be so much better.
I voluntarily read and reviewed the Advanced Reader Copy of this book received via Booksprout.
