A COUNTRY CHRISTMAS by Lilliana Rose was an Unexpected journey of Life Mishaps and never a Dull moment page after page! Zoe and Max Storytelling was Heartwreching and Suspenseful of Epic proportions.
Lilliana Rose knows how to captivate her audiences and I devoured this Wonderful Book in ONE Sitting!! Again it is Beautifully written and Entertaining characters!
I really liked reading this book about Zoe and Max. especially with her concerns for her relationship with Max, and how she was trying to get him to be more open and comfortable with her during more around the farm.
A Country Christmas

This book was a sweet Christmas romance. I read Best in Show, where Max and Zoe hooked up and created a special someone. I enjoyed seeing that Max and Zoe’s first Christmas was a memorable one. I think farm life ended up being a perfect fit for Zoe. I’m glad the author gave her readers the chance to see that these two characters found their HEA.
Taking place in Australia a cute short story of Max & Zoe two people who jump right into living together while expecting their baby. While trying to run a family ranch and build their new life together. While they worry that there relationship may be built solely on passion and may soon fizzle out. They so on realize that they have so much more. A great read!
I haven’t read the book that introduced Zoe and Max, but I didn’t feel like I was missing anything vital to their story. Both characters were loving and strong, and I appreciated Max’s efforts to make sure Zoe felt included and at home on his farm. (This actually seemed more like a ranch to me, but I won’t quibble over details.)
Zoe’s mom was supportive of her daughter, but not so much of her relationship. She annoyed me at times. I felt several times like Max was not appreciated enough by the members of his and Zoe’s families. Speaking of the family members, I liked Max’s sister and Zoe’s father the most.
This was a nice holiday story of a new (and newly expecting) couple making a home together. I really enjoyed it!
I absolutely loved this book from the very first page to the very last !! Such a sweet quick read that gives you all the feels, including the Christmas ones !! Great book, I look forward to reading it again !!
This was a sweet and short read about Zoe and Max, and how their lives on the farm are changing fast. What started out as a hot fling, quickly turns into a surprise pregnancy, complete with all the feels!! This was such a cute read!
This is book 2 in the Farmer’s love book series. This book starts not long after the 1st book Best in Show. Zoe moves to the country to be with Max. She changes her whole life that she knew for him. Max has to figure out how to live with Zoe since its all new to him. Which is a big adjustment for both of them. This story takes us through them working on their relationship, his mom and their new situation. Great read
Zoe gave up her live to be with Max on the farm. Zoe has to learn what live is like being on the farm and Max has to learn to what its like to have someone he loves living with him and recognizing.
I really liked this book. I could not put it down. The writing was really good, I felt like I was right there. The chemistry was really good and I finished this book in one sitting.
Max and Zoe met at the Royal Adelaide Show and had a couple of nights of steamy hot sex…and guess what Zoe finds out she is pregnant. She drives to Max’s farm to tell him, and is pleasantly surprised by his reaction. She gives up her job as a legal assistant in Adelaide and moves to the farm. Can they make this relationship work? Can Zoe adapt to life on the farm? Can Max make the changes needed to include her in his life? You will need to read this to find out. Will the chemistry and spark between them be enough to keep their relationship alive? Zoe still will not let Max get away with some of his comments, and is not afraid to stand up to him or talk back. She wants it to be “their” home – not her or his. I loved that the hobby she picked up had so much history with his family. There were some bumps in the road for them and the relationship, but that is with all relationships, and they determine if the relationship will last or not. Great short read, and I look forward to more about the two of them and the baby.
I do like an occasional seasonal read and this was a good one. I have not read the original story about how Max and Zoe got together and she ended up pregnant, but Lilliana Rose does a great job reviewing the back story. I didn’t’ feel like I missed a thing. This is about these two maneuver their new relationship, their extended families, and pregnancy. I liked this one. The characters were well written, interesting, it felt like very real. Sweet read!!
Zoe and Max barely know each other but they are about to have a baby together. Zoe moves from her city life to live with Max on the farm. At first Max struggles to accept someone else in his life, as he is used to being alone and doing things his way. Their families meet and drama arises. Can Max and Zoe figure out things before their baby arrives? I loved this little romance story. It was the perfect light read for the holidays!
Zoe and Max’s relationship started a little backwards, so it was fun to “watch” them not only get to know each other more. They find ways to not only try to mesh their opposite ways, but to bring their families into the fold in time for Christmas. I love how Max is intune to Zoe’s sacrifices and finds ways to include her and to make sure she’s comfortable in their lives together.
A great read. Something to tide you over during the holidays.
Just the absolute best story. Everything I like to read about and more. Such a great story I will read again and again. A keeper!!
This is a western romance and one where your not sure how you feel about the situation. Moving out to the country from city life and a job Zoe loves to see if she can make a go at it and the life Max has on his farm. Twists and one thing oh yeah his mother still lives in the house they are now sharing and trying to start a life together. The characters are great and have great chemistry. The give and take makes for a great story.
I absolutely loved this book! Western romances are my all time favorite books and Lilliana Rose is a fantastic writer and I can’t wait to read more from her!
This was a sweet, short read that gets you ready for the holiday season. Great characters, good story line that is well developed and written, great character chemistry, light drama and the surprise that puts these two together after a heated one night stand. I recommend this read to all hopeless romantics!
Zoe and Max are so cute! She’s moved her life to Max’s farm and now is not only trying to learn more about the father of her baby but has his mom in the same house. A Country Christmas tells the story of two people in love preparing for the arrival of their little bundle of joy all while bringing two families together during the holidays. Sweet and perfect story for Christmas.
