What happens when a shy, sheltered virgin wakes up married to the unattainable man of her dreams? It looks like I’m about to find out.Every other woman I know would be over-the-moon to wake up married to Dr. Eric Carter.I’m not saying he’s not tempting, because he definitely is, but I just wish I could remember how it happened. Now the guy who famously doesn’t commit, is trying to convince me to … commit, is trying to convince me to play house with him.
It turns out our surprise marriage has resulted in some unforeseen career benefits.
If we can just keep it together, we’ll both make out like bandits.
The trouble is, I’d rather just make out with Eric.
I bet he could teach a good girl like me a thing or two.
All I have to do is keep up this massive lie in front of all my friends and coworkers, prevent my very conservative mother from learning the truth, and stop myself from falling in love for real and getting my heart broken.
Who ever said love was easy?

OK Book on the surface
Overall, this book was an OK read. This is the first book I have read from this author, and while there were certainly holes in the overall story line, I would read her books again. Faith and Eric work together, and while they are attracted to each other, neither want to jeopardize their working relationship. Fast forward to a drunken night, they apparently get married by someone high up in the church, which then gives them that edge at work. While I can’t speak to validity of this type of situation, I hated that Faith was made to feel like she couldn’t have a relationship, and that the only reason she and Eric were promoted was because they were now married. And how did no one realize they weren’t living together? How did the Chief Medical Officer even end up at this wedding? If they are all so religious, why was the Chief and priest at the bar/party with so much alcohol? If you can look beyond the obvious WTF parts (i.e. why in the world would someone high in the church marry two stupidly drunk individuals and even be there in the beginning), then its an overall good book and gave it a 3.5 stars.

Loved Eric and Faith both great characters she is nurse and he is a doctor who have an attraction for each other but there is that no dating rule but after a New Years party they find after drinking too much they had gotten married. Thinking they would both be fired but instead they were promoted so they decide to stay married for the time being but Faith has always dreamed about getting married and having a family where Eric never wanted to marry and definitely did not want children. Loved the book and the characters.

This was a super cute book! I loved the premise of it and getting to know all of the the characters.
We have Dr. Hottie (Eric) who has been attracted to Faith for a while now but she is a shy person and these two worked in a religious hospital that fraternization was frowned upon, I could understand that. What I really enjoyed was that even though they were attracted to each other they didn’t jump in an on-call room or anywhere else in the hospital which seems to be the norm with medical romances..So these too were at same party, let there hair down and had fun and ended up married..Oops, but they know that they have to keep this a secret or lose a whole lot.. But what is fake, doesn’t tend to stay that way..Enjoy!

I really enjoyed this book. I loved Eric and Faith together. I also loved the banter. Some of the things they said made me laugh out loud. I just couldn’t help snickering.
Sometimes we forget that who we are is made up of our past. Who we have known, how we are raised and whatever have seen I loved how Eric and Faith wake up married and somehow skipped past who their past had made them . Eric does not believe in marriage but yet he wakes up married. Faith is waiting for her true love but wakes up married as well. I love the journey the story takes us on as Eric and Faith fins there way.

I love this series!! I really enjoyed this book. Eric & Faith took the slow route to realizing their feelings for each other, but there was enough tension to keep the pages turning until the end. I love also how characters from earlier books in the series make appearances, and they end with a teaser for the next book! I’ll be eagerly awaiting book #7!!

A fairly predictable cute romance. An accidental marriage between two people who perhaps shouldn’t be together? But romance and happy ending is expected with dash of heat. Small story and has stilted moments but cute until the end.
Good romance rather tender
3.5
I liked this romance, although I found it maybe a little too sweet, either the characters or the story, but the text is well written, with endearing characters, although somewhat predictable.
Despite this, I look forward to following the story of some characters.
In this episode, Eric, doctor, finds himself married to Faith, a nurse from a very poor Catholic family. They want to quickly cancel the marriage signed under the influence of alcohol, when they learn that this marriage also gives them an unexpected promotion that they couldn’t have had for years for each of them. So, they decide to wait few weeks until everything to be validated. Eric does not want to marry or have children and Faith wants the exact opposite. What they did not anticipate is that the attraction that leads them to marriage does not disappear.

The start of a new series that I enjoyed reading a well-written story. There is a look at the next book to come at the end which sounds like it is going to be a good book to read. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Lots of emotions in this book from an accidental marriage, getting promotions, consummation the marriage to almost making it real. What happens when one of you wants out just because your scared. It’s a roller coaster ride of feelings that change rapidly

4 1/2 Stars
This Doctor/Nurse romance was especially sweet because of Eric’s POV. I liked the way the author had Eric’s voice pretty sensitive and not an arrogant player.
A bit of drama with a fake marriage, a baby, and a romance between Faith’s mother and their boss.
Moderately paced with a lot of emotional epiphanies, especially when dealing with the baby!

Is a mistake still a mistake if you want it?
This concept is dealt with through the detailed lives of two awesome characters. Well written and with a detailed and obviously superbly researched background, this story is not easy to put down. In fact, I didn’t put it down, instead losing myself for hours on a Saturday and escaping into another world.
For you romantics, the emotions range from sweat, through heart break and into steamy. A truly lovely, easy to read, romance.

Faith and Eric work together at St. Vincents, she is a nurse and he us a cardio resident. They both have feelings towards one another but Faith doesn’t want to risk her job by taking a chance at a relationship. On New Years eve they attend the hospital party and things happen. When they wake up the next morning in the same room naked Faith runs and Eric is left trying to remember what happened the night before. They soon find out that they got married and their boss has decided to give them promotions as congratulations. So they decide to stay married in order to reap the benefits. This book has some definite angst and back and forth feelings and some unexpected consequences. Will these two decide to make it work for the long haul or will their personal beliefs stop them from their happily ever after? This book was really good and definitely sucked me in. There were a couple things that didn’t really need to be in the story but that is just a personal preference. I have loved the series so far and can’t wait to read what comes next.

This story about Eric and Faith shows us all the twists and turns bringing us together for a show stopping love that goes distance.
ONE INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Oh man, I fell in love with this little jewel. It grab me so tight it didn’t let go until the last word. If you’re looking for a sweet, breathtaking, heartwarming, humorous, beating the odds, love and adoration enhanced read, then look no further. This little baby will rock you right along with the characters as their personalities transform and blend into the roles they were created for. Taylor nailed this bad boy with all the twists and turns bringing us together for a show stopping love that goes distance. The characters are well developed and so realistic I felt I could just reach out and touch them. The scenes are vivid and detailed so you have no problem seeing them come alive before your eyes. Every story I’ve read of Taylor’s just flows so smoothly as if it was always there. Taylor did a remarkable job bringing this read together beautifully. Fantastic job Taylor, thanks for sharing this little gem with us.
This review is going to be a little different from my usual. I have not had this happen a whole lot in the last few years so it has thrown me just a little. We met Dr Eric Carter and Nurse Faith McNamara in the previous book Hold On To Me by Ms Holloway and I was quite happy that they were the focus of this book. I loved that the doctor had a crush on the nurse but she was gunshy. It was cute and I expected that to at least start out the book. It did to a certain extent. Then, however, things went a little off the rails and I had a hard time connecting with these two. It wasn’t until sixty percent through the book that I felt like I had a handle on who they were. I know that they both had some things to work through but I just didn’t love them, or like them too much until it was almost over. I have seen other reviews that are very good, so I know this was just me. Ms Holloway is a talented writer and she obviously does a ton of research to make her stories exceptionally detailed. I will watch for more books from her in the future.
Eric is a doctor who has a Jones for nurse Faith. Faith is always professional and keeps Eric away – enforcing a no emotional touching distance.
It’s New Years Eve and Eric is gonna take a chance at Faith.
Faith keeps her distance because of the double standard at their catholic hospital. A doctor could sleep with a nurse and it wouldn’t affect his career. But if a nurse sleeps with a doctor, it’s a career no-no.
One fuzzy night later…
They get promoted….cuz they got married.
