Jack and Sophia I don’t whose cuter Jack trying to impress Sophia’s family or the family trying to impress Jack. I love it when a guy knows what he wants in a woman. I loved how Jack said one day when we love each other i will get down one knee but until then I will court you properly.

This was a really fun quick read and I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it. This was a really well-written book that had me laughing out loud at times. The storyline was good with great characters I really liked both Jack and Sophia but you cannot help but feel a little sorry for him meeting all the family and not knowing it
ok, maybe a little premature for the priest – but maybe someday, when they marry in dogs years.
how Sophie and Jack met – with him covered in what turned out to be fake blood, and of course a dog in tow.
Can Jack pass the family inquisition? yup. will her heart remain intact? nope.
Maybe that is ok too, if they both lose their hearts, and can hang on to each other!
The fun and fabulous beginning – with an amazing family grilling !
I loved it in KU and also read an advance copy from Booksprout.
Yes, my reviews of any and all of the Max books are voluntary – as voluntary as any reader owned by a cat can manage: our Maine Coon Cat loves Max and his furry buddies, so she insists, as 18 year old 30 pounds of cat can only do, that we read all the new books. Yes Shark – aka Fluffy Callie, named by my deceased Grammie. We will tell everyone that the people are funny too, and are lucky they have smart animals to train them, and families to love them.
Hope you and your fur pals enjoy and laugh as our family did!
I don’t think I’ve laughed that hard since the last WOOF book. I haven’t read most of the books that happen after this one chronologically, so I’m kind of lucky that way. I had no preconceived notions about how this should have gone. This story takes us back in time to when Jack and Sophia first met, went on their first date. We get to see just what kind of trouble Sophia’s whole eccentric family went to in order to make a good first impression on Jack. It’s a lot of trouble, and it’s a lot of laughs. Now I just need to read everything in between that I’ve missed.
