Oh what great last book. So love Trigger & Tess. This is a must read for all. Just one click all 3 books and hold on for a wild ride.
Unleashed is a roller coaster ride you won’t want to get off that totally plays with your emotions. It does not disappoint and will leave you wanting more as all of Jodi’s books do. So Grab you’re self some tissues and a drink and enjoy the ride because you don’t want to miss this one!
This is the conclusion for Trigger and Tess, and is it EPIC! The book starts off right where the second book left off, and it is action packed. The punches just keep coming for these two!
In this, you see Tess escape from being kidnapped, and the guilt that she feels over leaving someone behind. The fight that she gives to get out alive is disturbing and amazing in so many ways (I will never think of ferrets the same way again). You see Trigger, Bricks, and Rail get thrown into jail, and their fight to keep each other safe and sane. And one of my absolute favorite parts of this book is when Tess is the one that gets them released with help. This book also introduces Cole and Savannah to the group, and if you haven’t read the Broken Trilogy then stop right now and go read it. It is that good as well.
Overall, I felt that this was a very fitting conclusion for these two. They overcame everything, themselves, their pasts, betrayal, to finally have their version of happily ever after.
I have very few authors that I love everything that they write and publish. Series that I will go back and reread if I am in a reading funk. Jodi is one of these authors that I can reread multiple times (or listen to, the audible books are amazing) and I pick up something new every time. And every book that is published, I fall in love with. You seriously can not go wrong with any of her books!
Unleashed is book Three in the Devil’s Reach Series. This continues the story of Tess and Trigger so you really should read the previous books Trigger and Demons to fully enjoy this book. This book wraps up all the mystery that was building in the previous books. Trigger is dealing from the fall out of being away from Tess. Tess who is grown just as reckless.
This has been a page turner of a series. Ms. Drake for me wraps me into her stories and keeps me turning her pages.
An adrenaline fueled, wild, and dark journey to go on with Tess and Trigger. This series has been one of the best I have ever read. Each book left me breathless. Trigger was the first book I had the pleasure to devour by J.L. Drake; I am now a fan.
Simply outstanding!
I recently found J.L. Drake and have been devouring every book I can get my hands on. I loved this MC trilogy and how previous characters from other series were sprinkled in towards the end. I kept wondering were the connection was going to be.
This book started “almost” too dark for me. I had to give it a chance because I have been loving Drakes words. I’m so glad I hung in there. This trilogy has everything…dark, alpha, betrayal, revenge, mystery, loss, redemption, steaminess, hope, family, loyalty and more.
This is Book 3 in the Devil’s Reach MC series. This is the last book in Trigger and Tess’s story. Their story has been told. But I’m not ready to let them go! I love Trigger and Tess. I feel like my family has turned their back on me. The author has done a fantastic job writing their story. She’s pulled me in and made me feel like I was right there with them. I want to be Tess! This was a fantastic book and I can’t wait to read more about the Devil’s Reach MC. I’m off to Amazon to see who else I can meet now. I highly recommend you reading them.
26/27 may 5 stars
This is the second book in the series and it keeps getting better and better.after hurting Tess and pushing her back in to the clutches of the man who groomed her, she fights the feelings inside to become worse than what she was before. Trigger concluded with losing her and trying to stop his father tries to find the mole in the club. The twists keep coming and I was guess it was everyone but who it was an ultimate betrayal. Left of a cliff hanger what will become of the lovers with demons in their souls? I can’t wait to findout.
Tess and Gus are fighting their way out of the back situation they are in and a sacrifice must be made. When Tess runs back to Trigger there is danger around them and the past comes back to haunt them. Will Trigger’s past be too much and push Tess away forever and what will happen when the ultimate price is paid? What a good story and it was tough to read at times, but the characters pull you in and you have to know what happens to them. This book left me broken and lifted me up too.
Wow, what a brilliant end to a great trilogy. It had everything i wanted, and more. So many twists and turns, and emotions.
We finally see the end of the rein of Allen, and everything that has caused trouble for Devil’s Reach, Trigger and Tessa, it was everything i hoped.
I highly recommend this series, and all other books from this author. J.L Drake hit this book on the head.
Gosh, I really wanted to love this book, but I kept getting lost with all the twist and turns. I love Trigger and Tess without a doubt, but this book just didn’t do it for me. I am not saying that this book is bad by no means and it could just be me. I love J.L. Drake’s writing and I highly recommend. Just because I got lost through the twist in turns does not mean that you will. I do plan on going back to re-read all three books just because I loved these characters so much. Trigger and Tess are such badasses and I really would like to read more of their journey.
Happy Reading Everyone!!!
Trigger and Tess have been through many tough times. The OW drama was high in this story but everything was worked out. Tess was a bad ass and I loved her character. Trigger was a little harder to figure out. This was a good MC read.
Unleashed is the final book in the Devil’s Reach Trilogy. While I found the first 70% awesome I must admit the last 30% was a little shaky for me. Although I loved Tess and her badass ways I found her again to be frustratingly reckless. I didn’t like how she decided to meet with her mother without telling anyone and if not for Trigger she would have been very sorry. Also I wish she was stronger around Trigger after Gus. She knows what he’s like and I felt she turned into herself just as much as he did. I’m still unsure of the twist with Trigger’s mom and Zay. The ending was cheesy but I didn’t mind since I love an HEA. Overall Devil’s Reach was an awesome Trilogy and I look forward to reading the other series by this author.
