I enjoyed this story especially since book 1 had a bit of a cliffhanger while I liked to story I feel that it had a decent ending and if this was the final book I would be ok with that
However at the time of this review I had finished reading book 3 as well
Nurse Isabella and Doctor Roman are back and the story was entertaining and a blast to read. Once started I was glued to the end just to see what happened next and especially how they would get out of the trouble they found themselves in. Just a good story that I loved. Just a good mix of characters.

There are hidden depths in part 2 of the Werewolf M.D.. There things that I did not expect and things that could have just been a given. It was the unexpected that got me. I held on to this one all the way to the end. It was a flowing ride from part one to part two. The audio flowed and the characters grew. The intrigue grew also. I enjoyed this short visit to Louisiana and the Bayou. The pack. The people. The couple. The setting. All things made this a quickie with some depth

I was still enjoying Mr. Bradley telling me this latest tale of Isabella and Roman. This time he takes us more on an adventure with a mystery mixed in. The first book had me wanting to take a road trip but this time I was happy to stay in my chair. He’s still more of a narrator than a voice actor because he doesn’t attempt to make his voice seem female. He makes a slight change in his voice but I was glad he didn’t try and do a high pitch because that would have made me laugh and I don’t think that’s what the author was looking for us to do.
Our author takes us on a medical mystery with this book. There may be werewolves involved but it just may take a human in order for them to solve what is going on. This story is more about the solving instead of any type of romance. The romance is nice but wanting to find out what is going on is what became important here. Also trying to figure out who’s the good guy and who is not.
Werewolves live by rules just like everyone does. Sometimes they make bad decisions and not all members have the same agenda. Full disclosure, there were a couple of scenes that turned my stomach so if you’re squeamish this is your warning. Listening to the story, as opposed to reading, makes the scenes more realistic. Even though it may seem as if our couple has their happy ending, I did have to wonder if we would see The Council as well as Isabella and Roman again. Will another adventure come up where their expertise is needed? Will we see more from this author? Only time will tell.

This second book in the Werewolf M.D. series by Taylor Haiden was a powerful romantic drama filled with multiple major obstacles set in the way for the main characters to conquer, all at the risk of their own deaths, whether they succeeded or not in accomplishing their goals. It was also a story with several plot twists that added the overall reading experience enjoyment. And, with any shifter book, there were the battles between several forces of good and evil, with just a touch of magic thrown in for extra reading fun. Finally, it was a tremendous story that showed the power as well as the extremes lovers will go through for each other. And, or course, as in most cases, there were a few powerful and enjoyable sexual moments for the reader to savor. This is a voluntary review of an Advanced Reader Copy of this book from Booksprout.

This is the second book in the series but can be read as a standalone. Isabella and Roman are tasked with finding the “cure” for the cure. There are plenty of strange characters and lots of action. Will there be a third book? I’m looking forward to reading it.

Fast-paced and very engaging, a nice combination of action and romance. The second book in the series and much better developed than the first one.
This story is better than the first one. It is scary what this blood virus is doing to them. It will kill them in looks like 3 or 4 days. Roman has to hurry and find the cure for it. Isabella is still in danger and things are starting to get a lot harder. Really good story. I love it. I received a complimentary review copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving a honest review.
Roman and Isabella are in a race for their lives, trying to find a cure for an unknown agent that is killing werewolves by turning them human again. A descendant of the famous hunter, Van Helsing is responsible for developing the cure for the “Werewolf Virus”. It is up to Isabella to try and keep the infected retired Alpha Leader Cane alive while Roman seeks help from voodoo witch doctor Henrietta in finding this killer before all of the werewolves are infected or dead. This is another great story about the great Dr. Roman, his true mate Isabella, and their fight to just be happy together. Unfortunately, werewolf politics and murderous intentions are vying to keep them apart. The action is fast and furious, and the intimate scenes are really hot and steamy. This is another intriguing tale about the amazing Dr. Love.
