Was included in the Royally Mine anthology. Nothing new has been added, and there were no changes to the story.DAISYI was just a servant to the royal family, a no one in the grand scheme of things. But my heart belonged to Prince Lennon, the somewhat “Black Sheep” of the family. I didn’t care what others said, or how his reputation for being less than caring about tradition followed him.I saw the … tradition followed him.
I saw the same emptiness in him as I had in myself. I wanted to ease him, let him know that we were meant to be together.
But I would never be seen as anything more than the help.
One day I’d have the nerve to admit how I felt, even if it ended up blowing up in my face.
PRINCE LENNON
She thought I didn’t notice her, that she was just a royal servant.
She was wrong.
I didn’t care if it was frowned upon that royalty mixed with a commoner. I didn’t care what the tabloids or my family might say. I wanted Daisy more than I’d ever wanted anything or anyone before.
Just being in her presence made the loneliness in me lessen, made me want more than the jewels and riches that surrounded me. Being with Daisy would complete me, and I’d have her.
I just needed to make her see we belonged together.
Warning: If you want a short and sugary (but still oh so dirty) story, buckle up because this one packs a punch. It hits you right where it counts (wink-wink) and doesn’t let up until you get to the Happily Ever After at the end.

As a lover of contemporary romance books nothing turns my crank more than a sweet and sexy instaLove read. This book is that with an added fairytale bonus. Is there anything better than Prince Charming falling for the love of his life and sweeping her off her feet? The answer – no there is not.
Prince Lennon is second in line to the throne, he’s the black sheep of the family although there is nothing black about him – he’s quiet, pensive and loyal to a fault. His life is missing one thing, her.
Daisy is a commoner, she’s young, innocent and alone. Working at the palace has made her fall truly, madly, deeply for the Prince. Unable to resist one another they succumb to their feelings and desires.
Their happily ever after is deliciously sweet, sexy and well deserved. TBA and enjoy. (I read an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.)
Loved this quick read. Lennon and Daisy were such a great couple. They each had feelings for each other but because of their status, they were afraid to tell the other that is until one night when he couldn’t take it anymore. Loved the chemistry and the attraction that was between them. So good. Wonder where I can find my own Lennon?
I received an ARC of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review.
A sweet and steamy royal story. Lennon is the prince and Daisy is “the help” but love doesn’t care about social status and so they admit their feelings and give in to their attraction and love. I love that there’s no angst and once they admit their feelings they confront his parents and it’s history from there. It’s short, sweet, and super sexy but also has the underlying lesson that you should go after what you want, regardless of what society of anyone else says or thinks.
If You Were Mine was a cute, quick, little fairy tale. Daisy’s position as a maid to the royal family wasn’t conducive to confessing your love for Prince Lennon. He wasn’t the heir apparent, thank goodness, but she still knew it was hopeless. She couldn’t risk the embarrassment if she told him how she felt and he recoiled in disgust. Lennon has felt trapped by his position, especially when it comes to Daisy. Thank goodness he takes a chance and tells her what is in his heart. Seeing them get the love they both desperately need was oh so sweet!
A sweet Royal romance that was quick and easy to read. I loved the intensity of Lennon’s character and match it with Daisy sweetness and their romance just pours of their soul. Although a fast read, the storyline had the right amount of drama and heat level that made for an enjoyable read that doesn’t disappoint.
Royally loved
This book is short, intense and a super fast read. The characters are endearing and very realistic in both their emotions and reactions to their situation. I enjoyed the way that they came together so quickly and yet it had been brewing for years. And I love that they truly received the support they needed. This author always manages to write these stories that draw me in and I can’t wait to read the next one.
