Murder, Ye Bones is the eighth book in the Bohemian Lake Series, and it’s the third of the series dedicated to Private Eye Penny & her nosey brigade. Halloween is an unBOOlievable event in Bohemian Lake, but Private Investigator Penny Trouble will have to miss this year’s haunted festivities in favor of a paranormal resort off the coast of Brazil where the spooky charm has gotten a bit too … bit too real for some. Several guests, including a personal acquaintance from Caravan Manor, have gone missing, and Penny must find out why.
The vanished guests appear to be victims of a long-dead housekeeper known only as the mysterious Voodoo Queen who practiced black magic using human bones.
Working with Daemon Wraith, ghost hunter extraordinaire, Penny is compelled to research the history of the haunted island, in order to find a connection and stop the supernatural killer, but what they find is trippy.
Has the Voodoo Queen found a way to transcend time in her quest for blood and sacrifice or are Penny and Daemon dealing with a copycat?
For those of you who are new to my books, the Bohemian Lake series is a world comprised of three sets. Each set focuses on a different Bohemian resident(s), although all of the books intersect. You will note characters cross books all the time.
