My, my, my Delilah. My Sheroe, definitely! A super bad-ass heroine with a sensitive spot for her brother, and majorly page-turning plot line. A hard hitting thriller, written in a gritty and no holds barred style. It really did touch all the right buttons for me, between its awesomely designed cover and a highly cool concept of augmented technology, and surprising twists! A riveting story with action, and vengeance…a fantastic read!
I’m so happy to know there’s going to be a sequel/series!
This story was such a delight I almost cried when it came to an end (I’m a 230+ pound former firefighter) and what a satisfying end it was. Yes, I did cry, I admit it.
Delilah was a rather short story that should have been ten times longer. Not because for the lack of a great plot, characters both good and bad, environments, etc., but because it was simply so very enjoyable! I wish I could come up with a better word for it than enjoyable. How about fantastic! Or Absolutely kick assed! Yes, yes, that’s the one!
This sci-fi tale was so action packed, so intelligently written, so so so….damned hard to put down!
I really want to tell everyone the story right here and now, but I promised, no spoilers.
Let me just say that there are few stories that measure up to this one and most are from the same author!
The protagonist, Delilah, was so awesome I wanted to marry her, but then she would probably kill me, so I forgot that idea and went with just saying she’s got to be the most rewarding character in the world!
If you like action, lots of visceral action, awesome characters with evil versus good versus evil again and then back to….well you know what I mean, unbelievable environments that make a story shine, more evil, etc., then treat yourself to reading this. You won’t be sorry you did, at least until the end and you start crying because it’s over.
But then I heard it might be connected to some other stories and we might get more!
That would be awwwesome!
Thank you Richard for such a rich sci-fi tale!
It was quite good read sparks the imagination of the reader as they journey through their relationship and challenging scenarios.

I love this & I can’t wait for more.
I will be also leaving a review on Goodreads @ Amazon.
And letting everyone know about it.
So i gave it a 5 Stars.
I was hooked before the middle of the first page. The calm self-assured way Delilah dissected and broke down her surroundings told me something major was about to transpire and that she had planned for most contingencies and would be more than capable of handling anything unplanned, she did not disappoint. Loved the almost scalpel like way she went about conducting the interview with an almost balletic like movement.
A strong female lead is always nice to see. She had an Achilles’s, her brother. With him, her cool clear head was clouded by guilt and a need to avenge his victimization. While she did have the urge to go in guns blazing to an enemy that gave her an open invitation she at least was able to keep a somewhat open mind.
The biblical play on Sampson and Delilah was a very interesting little twist on the original story. Delilah could have taken the easy way and just destroyed on sight, she at least listened and discovered much more than she had bargained for. Loved how she would make each shot count since it was only her trying to bring what she believed to be a giant corporation.
My only pause was the ending. One the book was too short, I wanted more and two the ending seemed to almost be a fade out. Then again its hard to wrap up that much badassery in a neat little bow at story end.
