Dreams fill her nights. Nightmares fill her days.
Keelie Johnson was abruptly pulled through a rift in time and space to a planet where human women are wanted for only one thing – the nectar between their thighs. And the only thing worse than being a slave on Anteros is being bought by a tentacled alien who takes her away from the planet that has the only door back to Earth. All she has left are … back to Earth. All she has left are her dreams of two Anterrin men whose faces she never sees.
Siridin Sens is on the run after killing the man who murdered his brother. When he finds a wrecked ship with a human nectar slave who survived, it’s a complication he doesn’t need. She’s disobedient, even after a trip over his knees for a thorough spanking. And when she starts telling stories of hearing a ghost, he’s had enough, and vows to get rid of her as soon as he can. But the universe seems to have other plans.
Can Keelie convince Siridin that her dreams carry a message for him, too? Can Siridin save Keelie after he makes the biggest mistake of his life?
This 20,000-word novella has themes of power exchange, explicit sex, spankings, and menage (m/f/m). Previously published as “The Ghost in the Stars” in the Alien Alphas anthology.

And Anterrins want it. Siridin is a salvager, he collects and sells/trades his finds for a living. Spotting a wreckage with a surviving nectar slave in it is a bonus Siridin really doesn’t want. Anterrins mate together as twin brothers but his brother is gone and he has to find a way to handle the nectar slave, Keelie. As Keelie interracts with Siridin, she keeps hearing a voice in her head and when she passes that information to Siridin, he punishes her and accuses her of telling lies. Siridin is not very nice to Keelie but the voice in her head gives her help and instructs her at times to help her along. The relationship between Keelie and Siridin is difficult with the voices telling Keelie things and Siridin not
believing her. Siridin must learn to trust Keelie and accept the fact that the voices in her head are their one path to happiness and salvation. This is a slightly different book than I read in the anthology, Alien Alphas but no less enjoyable. There is a lot more to this story than I am talking about here, I don’t want to give any spoilers!
I can assure you that if you one click Claimed and read the whole thing for yourself,
you won’t be disappointed.
Claimed: An Alien Abduction Romance (A Nectar for the Gods Novella). Another 5-star winner for Sophie Kisker!
Siridin Sens gets the shock of his life when he salvages an abandoned lifeboat. Seriously? A semi-conscious human female, a Nectar slave? What use does he have for her? Should he just dump her? Keelie’s been terrified since she was kidnapped from Earth. She thought she’d already suffered the worst. But now she’s been taken by another Anterrin! Where’s his twin? Where’s his crew? What’s going on? One thing is certain. Siridin’s not talking, and Keelie’s scared out of her mind. When Keelie starts hearing voices in her head, she’s sure she’s lost it. But these two have far more in common than they realize. Can they find the common thread that links them? Or will Siridin’s past and Keelie’s fears keep them both from what’s right in front of them?
Sophie Kisker has done it again! This is a novella expanded from the anthology, Alien Alphas. It’s a short read but it’s absolutely wonderful! We again visit Anteros, the planet where portals appear and women are stolen from Earth, ending up as Nectar slaves. What’s a Nectar slave? You’ll have to read the book to find out. Keelie’s amazing! She may be a slave but she’s full of life, disobedience, and as feisty as they come. Even after her life on Anteros and out into the far reaches of the universe, there’s something about her that makes her irresistible. Siridin? He has his own reasons for wanting to avoid the stereotypical Anterrin life…and they DON’T include a Nectar slave. The relationship between these two seesaws back and forth over and over. The mystery that lurks around every corner is over-the-top. Absolutely nothing is as it appears. And this is what makes an ordinary sci fi thriller extraordinary, second to none. I can’t get enough of Sophie Kisker’s books. Congratulations, Ms. Kisker! You’ve given us yet another five-star winner!
A final note. This is an ADULT book. It contains explicit language and sexual scenes. If you don’t enjoy this genre, this may not be the book for you. There are book synopses and reviews available on Goodreads and Amazon. Use these resources. DON’T LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW WHEN YOU KNOW YOU WON’T ENJOY THE BOOK. It’s not fair to the author. She works hard to provide a quality work product. If you know you’ll object to a book’s subject matter before you buy it, you’re doing yourself and the author an extreme disservice.
Thanks for reading my review and happy reading!
