Elijah “Law” Jackson is a local attorney. He’s also a biker with The Rebel Guardians MC. After his long-time girlfriend, Ava, and he part ways, he goes on a bit of a sabbatical to clear his head. He knows that she wasn’t the one, but he wants what his brothers have found in their women.Cassarah Clarke was the product of a system that failed her. Growing up in a group home with her sister, she … sister, she kept her head down and her nose in the books in order to make a life. Even though she has her cosmetology license, she works in a local diner to make ends meet and to keep under the radar, because her brother-in-law is a very bad man. She doesn’t feel love is in the cards for her, especially not living in Podunk, USA. Until him. Seeing the clear blue eyes staring at her as he waited for her to pour his coffee, she feels an attraction that she’s never experienced before.
Can Law break through Cassarah’s shyness and show her she deserves every good thing?

This is the fifth book in this phenomenal series and is Law and Cassarah’s story. Law is a local attorney and member of the MC, and when his long term relationship ends, he tell his brothers that he need to get away and clear his head. Cassarah is on the run, and working in a diner to make ends meet. When Law stops at the diner he is instantly attracted to this shy waitress. This is yet another fantastic story, which has me totally enthralled throughout this addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented dup, and I recommend for all MC lovers.
Once again for the guys in the back that may not have heard, this is a series, they fall one right after the other as far as timeline is concerned. As such they should be read in order, or you will just be confused as to who everyone is and the situations that everyone has been involved in. At the end of Smokey & Bandit, Law was heading out to clear his mind for a bit. A heavy case that he had no way to fight weighing on his mind, he decided to go to Montana for a bit to the house he has there. After the long ride, Law stops at the diner in town and proceeds to get bit with the same insta-love the other brothers were hit with. He realizes that Cass is shy, but if he has to go back every morning for breakfast to help get her over that, he will. Cass is working in this tiny town, trying to keep her head low and off the grid. She has every reason not to trust anyone, but the moment Law spoke to her, something about him just drew her in. But Law isn’t staying in Montana for good, he has a life elsewhere, so they have to make the best of the short time they have together. Would Cass go with Law if he asked her too?
This was a good story, kept me entertained with all the antics and drama that happened. I love the fact that we keep getting the other characters in the stories as well, little check ins and I really hope that Nan gets a little novella as well. I give this 4 stars.
These men of RGMC are fantastic. Like all the other reviews, I agree, this books get better and better. Law has intrigued me the beginning, there was just something about his demeanor that pulled me to him. I’m glad He got his own story. Law and Cassarah have a sweet, loving friendship that leads to something amazing. Love that this group of people are a true-stand by you side no matter what family. These authors created a new and exciting MC that is like no other when it comes to the RGMC. I enjoyed every single moment of this book.
Finally! Law was awesome, he kicked that thing to the side and he met his forever, what’s not to love about this story? Nothing! You will love everything about it, 5 stars ladies!
So this is my favorite of the series! Here’s why the cover is freakin HOT for one and the other is I just fell for Elijah and Cassarah right off the bat. They just have this chemistry that made me love them more then the others. Don’t get me wrong I love all the sassy attitudes the other women have but Cassarah has pain behind hers. She’s been thru a lot and all she wants is her sister safe, her niece as well and to not be found by her evil brother in law. She didn’t expect to find Elijah but fate had other plans. These two are super cute together and just have a true connection with each other. I mean they have the sweet moments and the super sexy ones as well. I knew from the other books that I would definitely fall for Law, there was just something different about him that I knew that I’d love and I was right. Him and Cassarah are the perfect fit! I want more of them for sure!! Oh and I really want to know how much is in the swear jar and if Emma is still repeating every little thing they say. I have so many more questions that I hope get answered in the next book.
So here I am again with this MC and it just not living up to what I expect, and at this point my expectations have been lowered quite a bit. BAH! I am trying to love these Characters but it just isn’t happening, They just do not jump off the page and grab me, there is just not enough of a flow and growth for me. Sadly I am discouraged from reading more but I will finish this series since I’m this far in already.
Each RGMC book gets better than the last! (just want to put that out there!) I really think that Law is my favorite RGMC member, at this point!
Law is the club lawyer, and at the end of Smokey and Bandit, he announces that his relationship is over and he is taking a leave of absence. The problem is, the end of his relationship isn’t what is bothering him so bad. There are other things in his life that have gone sideways, and he can’t get that off his mind. So, he decides to take a trip, on his own, to get his head straight. He heads to a cabin that was left to him by his grandparents, and on his first day there, he meets Cassarah, a waitress in the local diner. Cassarah catches his eye immediately, and he just can’t let her go! He wants her, and he begins to pursue her, relentlessly. Just like all of the other RGMC guys, he knows that she is his, and is determined enough to make her see that.
Cassarah is a sweet, quiet girl. She also has a pretty horrible past. A product of the foster care system, the only family she has, is her sister, and niece. However, she has had to isolate herself from them, because her sister is married to a very bad man, that has threatened them all. Cassarah knows more than she should, and it is the reason she is hiding. She hopes without her there, he will leave her sister and niece alone. Maybe. But now, she is wary of Law, of any Alpha male really, because she knows a pretty face can hide a monster. It would take someone pretty special to get past her walls and make her see that all men aren’t like her brother in law.
Law is just pretty fabulous! He is stubborn, determined, and genuinely wants Cassarah. He is the kind of man that she needs, and strong enough to support her through the drama that is her life. She just isn’t sure. This book has just the right amount of heat, action, and family to produce a top notch MC romance. This entire series is made up of books that pull you in, and leave you wanting more. I’ve snatched up each one as soon as possible, and devoured each page eagerly. Each book is a complete story of a couple, but, like any great series, there is an ongoing story that is continued in each book. This story, in particular, takes the bits and pieces from the other stories and puts them together, pulling the entire series together. I just can’t get enough of the RGMC!
