Tank Shallow pretty boy, conceited fuckboy, immature assclown. Take your pick, they all apply to Brewer. The world is his ass buffet, and we’re all on the menu. I’ve never hated anyone like I hate Brewer. But when Rebel pairs us to do a scene together, I have to admit I’m looking forward to taking all my irritation out on his…well, you get the picture. When one scene turns into a whole fake … fake relationship, I’m not sure we’re going to make it out of this without some bloodshed.
Brewer
Tank has got to be the most boring, stuck up ass I have ever met. That man doesn’t know how to have fun, not even when he’s doing a scene. And if there’s one reason to smile, it’s working with me, right? All the more reason to keep my real self from him because he’d laugh me out of the room. But when we have to pretend we actually like each other, something unexpected happens. The more time we spend together, the more I see a different side of him…and dare to show a different side of me. What the hell is happening?
Tank is the second book in the Ballsy Boys Production series. It can be read as a stand-alone, but it’s more fun reading the series in order. Expect plenty of laughs and a lot of sparks.

Awww, I’m so in love with Tank and Brewer. Like… For real. This story had it all: Enemies-to-lovers, heart-stopping moments, aching sweetness, and SO MUCH sexiness. All the time. Jesus… Grab it. Just do it.
I really enjoyed this book. It has an enemies to lovers trope that is done very well. Much like the first book, this one has more depth than you’d expect from a book about porn stars. I’m falling in love with all the Ballsy Boys and I’m looking forward to continuing the series.
I love this story because you saw the “hate” building in the previous stories so it was fun for Brewer and Tank get their story. I love the fact that you begin to touch on the fact that everyone has a their story behind what you see at Ballsy Boy’s office.
Ohhhh man, I thought I wasn’t going to like this story much based on the way Brewer was acting in the previous books. He’s the fuckboy, the dude who flirts with everyone and has an endless string of guys hanging all over him every time he goes out. He’s also always making sexual innuendos all the time. I can see why Tank felt irritated at him for that.
The thing is – that’s not really who Brewer is. It was just a persona he’s been using since he was a kid to mask a lot of hurt. I was shocked at what happened when he was younger because I didn’t see that coming at all. And it was pretty much the same situation with Tank. Just because he was a big bear of a dude with muscles for days, everyone assumed he wasn’t a sensitive guy and was a strict top. Plus every guy only wanted him for that and not for a relationship. He was lonely.
I’m suuuuuper glad the scenes on set in this book only involved Brewer and Tank together and neither of them did any scenes with anyone else. So in that respect it was different from the previous book and it felt like they were more “committed” to each other, even if it was only per a contract for a set amount of scenes.
But… I didn’t like reading about Brewer coming on to Rebel and Troy asking for a threesome (even if he meant it in a joking way) or the reference to the past when Rebel and Brewer hooked up off set quite often and in a more than friendly type of way. I felt the jealously come off of Tank and even Rebel’s boyfriend Troy during those times. I didn’t really like it.
There’s also the fact that both Brewer and Tank decided to continue their work with Ballsy Boys which would include scenes with the other guys. After their declaration of love and deciding to be in a “real relationship” it just felt off to me. But I’m pretty sure that’s my own personal preference coming out so I’m trying not to let it sway my opinion of the book too much. It’s hard for me to read about the characters being intimate with other people so it’s definitely a hang up of mine.
Still, I reeeeeally enjoyed this story. I couldn’t put this down and I’m excited to read about the other Ballsy Boys.

Tank and Brewer hate each other – The boring stick in the mud grissley and the carefree F*ckboy. The only thing that could make them pretend to be together is that fat paycheck they are being offered. But what happens when the veils start to lower and they meet the real men hidden behind the masks they wear? What happens when the chemistry between them is undeniable and what used to be hate starts to change. Enemies become friends, friends become lovers…and the fans love it all.
Tank is the second book in the Ballsy Boys series revolving around the men working at the BB porn studio. The characters are funny, sweet, sexy and endearing. The well written and intriguing storylines by KM Neuhold and Nora Phoenix, keep you entertaining and begging for more. I highly recommend this book and the rest of the series to any reader who enjoys reading MM romance.
Wow, just wow! I loved Tank and Brewer so much. What can I actually say without giving anything away? You have to read this, then you can find out the secrets that they hide! Looking forward to the next one.
Wow!!
I thought Rebel was good but dang this. Is so much better and I didn’t think that was even possible. Normally I’m not a fan of enemies to lovers but it works in Brewer and Tank’s case. There are so many strong passionate emotions. That is my greatest love when reading. Plus, this book opens the door so we can really get to know our Ballsy Boys and their friends. I know this is going to be one of my favorite series.
