This book is a Super plus length novel now with a BONUS Novella at the end.
Sophia Waterhouse has always been afraid of needles and vampires so there’s no way she wants anything to do with a modern day Count Dracula—even if he does come wrapped in the package of a huge Kindred warrior with blond hair and ice blue eyes. She’s only on the Kindred Mothership to participate in her sister Liv’s … Liv’s wedding and that’s all.
Sylvan is a Tranq Kindred who has made a sacred vow never to call a bride. After a devastating rejection on his home planet, his heart is a block of ice no one can melt—or so he thinks until he meets Sophia.
When their ship is forced down in the middle of a rugged mountain range Sophia and Sylvan are stranded. Running for their lives they have only each other to depend on. Will they give in to the intense attraction between them or will the evil hunting Sophia take its toll? You’ll have to read Brides of the Kindred Book 2—Hunted to find out.

A race of Genetic Traders from beyond the stars
Three very different types of men
All looking for one thing…their brides
Beast Kindred—Savage in battle these dark, brooding warriors from Rageron bring their passion and intensity to the bedroom. They possess a very special endowment that ensures every sexual experience is a tantric one.
Blood Kindred—Cold as ice to their enemies, these tall, blond warriors from Tranq Prime warm up when they find the right woman. But be careful…they bite.
Twin Kindred—Muscular and rugged, these warriors from Twin Moons always come in pairs and cannot be separated. They experience physical pain when parted from each other…or the one woman they both choose to love.
And then there is the enemy…
The Scourge—A genetic trade gone wrong, these menacing outsiders have twisted desires and sexual needs fierce enough to frighten away even the most adventurous. Their need to dominate and possess their women completely has led to a strange prophesy that they must fulfill…or die trying.

Hunted is book two in the Brides of the Kindred series by Evangeline Anderson.
I like to give a series a two or three book try before I say I’m going to stop. Hunted was not my cup of tea. I was hoping for something different and sadly I was disappointed. You may wonder why did I read the whole book well the only reason I read Hunted to the end …
Evangeline is my new favorite author! I love all her books. Her worlds are imaginative and I love the characters she creates. They are HOT. I love the Kindred series…especially the sexy males.
Read this as part of the collection set. I liked the storyline, but thought that there was an over abundance of the sex scenes, and Sophia began to get on my nerves with all her “issues” Over all a good read.
This is quite a novel. I enjoyed how the three heroines stories were intertwined. I am looking forward to Nadiah finding love one day, she made me smile at her enthusiasm.
I loved the hero in this book. Sylvan was intelligent, kind, loving and patient. Sophia was a timid, frightened little brat. Ms. Anderson has a tendency to write her women stupid and blushing yet for some reason I continue to buy them. I do like the fact that the stories are a little kinky and the science fiction/fantasy is written well.
more world and character building, but still simple steamy romance that you just can’t put down. Sets up the next two books quite well also.
Olivia is getting married and so her sister Sophie is coming to the wedding aboard the Kindred ship. Sophie finds out that she has to kiss Sylvan as part of the wedding ceremony, though, which would normally be fine if he weren’t a Blood Kindred with fangs. Sophie is terrified of needles and vampires which means she’s also afraid of sexy Sylvan …
Loved it. Great read. I would definitely recommend it.
I liked the first kindred book so tried this as well. I liked the plot better than the first. The vampire like kindred probably is what I liked as I am more into paranormal romance.
WOW! So much better than the first book! Loved it! Quick paced and so many feels and romantic moments. Can’t wait to read the next one!
Second in the Kindred Bride series, this tells the story of Sophia (aka bitch I wanna slap) and Sylvan(aka Blood Kindred I wanna…well you know!) Sophia is a boo hoo I’m afraid of everything kinda girl that Sylvan falls in love with, but has sworn never to take a bride. I really enjoyed all parts of this story EXCEPT for Sophia…she drove me …

I love paranormal books I really enjoyed Claimed with Baird and Olivia, so why not give Hunted a chance. I have to say although this book was a good read I didn’t enjoy it as much as the first book in the series. I enjoyed Sylan’s character a lot but Sophie really worked on my last nerve. Yes, she had a horrible experience but she whined a lot. I …
Better than the first book in the series, but same nonsensical logical thinking. However, it’s an entertaining read even if Sophie drove me nuts.
I’m loving this series. I must say I have mixed emotions. I like strong, fierce, sassy heroine and Sophia just didn’t do it for me I understand she went through a traumatic experience but she needs to have a little back bone. I mean come on with Sylvan being strong, masculine alpha male, and honorable warrior he needed a female that was going to …
