One Night in Tehran is a faith-filled thriller about a spy coming to grips with his newfound awakening. Lots of action, and it kicks off a series, so if you like it as much as I did there’s plenty more for you to enjoy.
I read this book in two days! Excellent read!
Love this book. This was the first book I read by Luana Ehrlich and I will definitely be coming back for more.
Great world building, excellent characterization and an intriguing setting I knew nothing about. Would have liked a bit more suspense and action but I enjoyed the read nonetheless.
I love Titus…..what’s there to say!!! LOL
This author holds your attention throughout the entire book.I have read all of her books and always look forward, with great anticipation, for the next one.
Since I have no personal experience with the CIA, I can’t say this book i realistic, but I really enjoyed reading and I am will be reading more books by this author in the future.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and have already recommended it to my friends. One Night in Tehran is an adventure-filled thriller. The Christian emphasis is subtle, but it’s definitely there. There’s no profanity but the main character is strong. There’s no gratuitous sex or violence, but the plot is intense. I’m looking forward to reading another …
Book 2 is a little slow at the beginning. Then halfway through the action starts & doesn’t stop till the end. Yes, this is a cliff-hanger & it will take reading all 6 books to reach the conclusion. I think it’s worth the time to read. I like action, thriller stories.
Titus Alan Ray is a Level 1 covert operative for the CIA. As a deep cover agent of the highest order, he spends his life on dangerous assignments at the beck and call of his masters, the CIA. He has no private life, his past is a cauldron of failed relationships; he has one thing he’s truly great at and that is espionage.
Ms. Ehrlich has mastered …
Very riveting plot and also realistic. Could very easily be non fiction. Immediately purchased the entire series.
One Night in Tehran is an excellent spy thriller packed with suspense. It is a clean read, with elements of faith that are inspirational, not preachy. The characters are likable, believable, and well-developed. This first book of the Titus Ray Thriller series grabs you from the beginning and doesn’t let go. Luana Ehrlich’s writing is compelling …
Super-fast-paced mystery read!
This was my first book by the author and she writes great suspense! If you grew up on cold war type books, you’ll enjoy this book as well. There’s a great mix of politics in the CIA, the main character’s growth as a new Christian (without being too heavy), a possible romance, and a hunt for an assassin. I had to keep the digital pages flipping to …
Titus Ray became a real person to me. I sometimes wondered if the author had every worked for the CIA, even though I know her to be a pastor’s wife.
3.5 stars
I am a bit wary of books about CIA/FBI but was intrigued by the question – how could you work in such an organisation as a Christian.
The book was an enjoyable read and I especially appreciated the delving into the question above. I look forward to reading more in this series.
I really enjoyed this book. Lots of action ,but clean
Enjoyed reading.
I loved it!
