Once bitten, twice shy.Rafe Blackstone may play the sexiest werewolf superhero to ever melt a woman’s…heart…on the big screen, but Lily Hollander has already been bitten once by an actor, and once was enough. When she’s fooled all over again, it’s time to put that wayward heart in lockdown mode, especially once Rafe starts aiming his overprotective streak at her identical twin. Lily may seem … Lily may seem like the softer side of the twinship, but nobody messes with her sister.
There’s nothing she can do about Rafe being her temporary neighbor in the mountains above Sinful, Montana, or about being forced to witness the least impressive feats of horsemanship known to man. That doesn’t mean she has to let him into her lingerie store, her heart, or any other part of her anatomy. He can just take his silver-blue wolf eyes, his rueful smile, and the rest of his gorgeous self, and…Wait, where was she again?
Oh, yeah. Are you allowed to hate your future almost-brother-in-law, if you do it really, really quietly?

4.5 Star Review of Tempting As SIn (Sinful,Montana #2) by Rosalind James
Another great addition to the Sinful, Montana series. I really enjoy Rosalind James style of writing; her characters are always believable and the way she describes the surroundings, often makes me feel as though I am seeing the places she talks about in my mind.
Both Rafe Blackstone and Lily Hollander are strong characters in their own right. Lily is purportedly the quieter, softer twin, but she is ferocious when it comes to protecting her identical twin Paige.
When a case of mistaken identity brings Rafe and Lily into a confrontation, sparks fly. Once the confusion is unravelled, Rafe and Lily embark on an adventure, all the while trying to protect themselves from getting hurt. Both have been badly burnt in the past by partners that did a number on them and neither want to be that vulnerable again.
Rafe is swoon worthy and made my heart jump on occasion. I loved that he was prepared to let Lily set the pace for the relationship that they building.
This was a romantic, sweet, humorous story which had great secondary characters and one I thoroughly enjoyed.
I look forward to reading more in this series.
Audio Review from March 2019
I loved the way that Lily found her family and made it hers in a unique way!!
This story was smooth in comparison to the first one which was a shade choppy.
This story bloomed and blossomed just like Lily did in the first story and continued to do on this one focused on her.
It was a fun twist for the sisters to marry brothers though!
I really really enjoyed this story and would definitely recommend it.
I love Rosalind James’ style of writing. Lily and Rafe’s story was truly a journey. From where they started to the final pages, you run the gamut of emotions.
A sweet, sexy, funny, romantic love story. There was also some sadness, anger, fear, and a good dose of happiness. Rafe and Lily liked and respected each other, and that made the love and sexiness so much better. It was also great that they were willing to take on Bailey and Chuck before they knew where they stood with each other.
I really enjoyed the scene with Antonio. It seemed to me that both Rafe and Lily were generous, gentle spirits with strong cores. They would bend, but not break. I loved their conversations, and I was very happy to see that last chapter that gives you a sneak peak into what happens a little further down the road.
I am loving this series! I enjoy the writing of this author as she once again brings attention to detail to its fullest both in surroundings of the story and in the characters themselves. Rafe and Lily are guarded for their own reasons and we discover why but the sparks they ignite are fierce. I really enjoyed Lily’s personality especially her choice of career – lucky Rafe. I enjoy how easily I got wrapped in this story and how it stays in my heart for days to come. Wonderful writing, beautiful setting and extraordinary characters. I recommend Tempting As Sin and even though it isn’t necessary but definitely worth it if you start with Guilty As Sin as an extra treat.
Love, love Rosalind James books! Every single one grabs me and has me super invested in every character! Her New Zealand series will forever be one of my top series reads! Love those rugby guys and their ladies! Rosalind brings us more amazing characters in her Sinful series…characters I also loved.
Rafe and Lily we met briefly in the first book, Guilty As Sin.
Lily was married to a horrible movie star, she was abused terribly and is leery to meet new men, especially anyone in the business!
Rafe happens to be an actor and is also the brother of the man who’s engaged to Lily’s twin sister!
Rafe and Lily share an evening, sparks definitely fly! They have some serious chemistry! Once they discover who each other are, and they definitely didn’t say who they really were, Lily feels betrayed…did Rafe really think her sister was a gold digger? What did her think of her?
When Rafe arrived in Sinful for much needed relaxation, space and quiet to prep for his next film, he isn’t worried about Lily being right next door. Can he resist Lily or will more sparks fly? Can he trust himself and Lily? Will their past define their future together?
Loved this romantic, steamy book! Highly recommend this series and author! Five stars!
Tempting as Sin is book 2 in the Sinful, Montana Series and this one is all about trust and misunderstandings, Rafe is an Australian actor who needs to learn it’s ok to trust and not every woman is going to let you down and treat you wrong and Lily needs to learn that not all actors are bad people some are capable of love and then we have Bailey the sweet little girl who has been mistreated, once you add Chuck the dog that trusts and loves everyone into the mix you get a story that will captivate you. This book is a sweet romantic read yes it has some laugh out loud moments but it also is touched with some sadness, it has the perfect mix of love and angst and I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to more from Rosalind James and this series.
