Another fantastic series by this author. I originally read book one a while a go and for some reason had not one clicked the other two in this series. That has now been rectified and I have loved them.
I think this one is my favourite though!! So many feels!! Love, love, love!!

Mayra Statham sure can write!! I have read every book she’s written. There’s a reason why she’s one of my favorite authors.
Keira is recently divorced. Her and her sister Jenn take a trip to Sin City where she runs into Rex Malone. Their connection is instant and it is hot. They want to spend the weekend together. But, Kiera gets a phone call that has her grabbing her things and running. The only thing she forgets is to leave Rex her number. She thinks she’ll never see him again.
Rex is the police chief in his town. Ever since that night he spent with Keira Jennings he can’t stop thinking about his fiery red head, his Key. Then one day he looks up and sees her sitting in the diner. Rex is determined to make Keira his. Then he meets her daughter and he knows that he can’t let them go.
This was the 3rd book in the Never Too Late series. And, as good as this novella was I couldn’t connect to them like I’d hope I would. But, if Rex and Keira had a full length book, man that would be a different story LOL. I can’t wait for Mayra’s next story!
I can honestly say this has been the best book (by far) I have read by Mayra Statham. From the beginning to the end I was hooked. I’m not really certain how it connects with the other books in this series but I really don’t care because I absolutely loved it. The writing is great and if I have to complain about anything it would be the overly used word babes/baby but other than that it was perfect. Totally recommend.

Keira is our sassy, independent, fiery red head. She has recently found herseld back in the singles circuit and as a single mom that can be quite the challenge. To celebrate her sister Jenn,decides that Vegas is the place to let off some steam and cut loose. Kiera could certainly use a bit of fun and sexy in her life!
Rex is our handsome brooding police chief that just so happens to be in the right place at the right time. He is on a quick boys weekend getaway when he sees the lovely Kiera becoming a bit of a damsel in distress. He swoops in and puts himself right in Kiera’s sights and saves her from some unsavory advances from a shall we say…..a creep!
What happens when what happens in Vegas doesn’t remain there? When you amazing night together comes to an end and in a comedy of errors you have no way to find that person? You let fate step in and bring it to your home town ! It may take more than fate to convince Ms. Keira that Rex is her man and he is certainly up for the job!!

This was such a breath of fresh air. Immediately fell in love with Rex and Key. Such a beautiful love story. Love the sassy woman and caveman that Mayra writes about. I laughed and cried. Oh how I wanted to kick Sam in his jewels. Mayra rocked it again!

Mayra Statham always writes a good story but she has outdone herself with this one. I have many reasons for saying this.
1) From the first page to the last I was hooked. It drew me in and kept my attention the whole way through. Like in one sitting.
2) These characters are open from the beginning and damn if they don’t both grab your heart. No pussyfooting around for these two.
3) Rex Malone will make you swoon, he will make you sigh and he will make you HOT!!
4) Keira and Rex = Panty melting HOTNESS!!
As always Mayra Statham has written a hot romantic book that will stay with you when it’s over. Highly recommended.
