You may now kiss the biker Bethany Jernigan owes her bestie. Big time. So when wedding planning overburdens the bride-to-be, Bethany steps in to handle the nitty-gritty. But the guy in charge isn’t anything like she imagined. He’s gruff, tattooed, and 100% male. His staff is even rougher around the edges, and it’s not long before she feels as if she’s stepped into some kind of crazy alternate … kind of crazy alternate reality.
Are those…bikers? Arguing about wedding favors?
Trey Harding never wanted this to get so out of hand. One little lie somehow snowballed into a world of dresses and flowers and food and holy-hell-he’s-in-over-his-head. But it’s not like he can confess he’s not the wedding planner he’s pretending to be—especially now that he’s falling for the maid of honor! His charade is becoming a farce, and as engines rev and ribbons fly, Trey’s running out of time to figure out how to tell the truth without losing his new family, his crew…or the woman of his dreams.

4.5-Stars for this sweet, romantic yet sexy full length read. This was the first book I read by Regina Cole & I hope it’s not the last from this series if the other books are like this one with some humorous laugh out loud moments, a bit of steam, a hint of witty banter & alot of sweet romance. To Have and to Harley is definitely a uniquely fun MC storyline & not your typical MC plot even though it does revolve around the leader of the MC group, the Shadows a vigilante justice, Robin Hood-esque group that operated in the grey area of the law. I was a bit shocked I liked this book as much as I did because typically MC romances are not my favorite but after about three or four chapters I was hooked. It was a bit of a slow start but don’t give up on this one because not only did Regina Cole surprise me with this book, i can honestly say it was my all time favorite MC read. Being different than the typical MC read is reason alone to recommend one-clicking To Have and to Harley! Plus, you can one-click for no other reason than Trey, because Trey is one hot & sexy swoon-worthy book boyfriend!!

Loved this book. The characters were likeable and funny. I giggled all the way through the book. The plot was fun. Bikers turned wedding planners…what’s not to love?!?! It was also spicy too.
I really hope we get more in this series. Would love to see the other Biker’s stories.
This was another first time authors to me. The cover drawed me in! Trey and Bethany were great. And the iron shadows this book had me laugh so much especially with all that Trey got the guys to do for the shenanigans he got himself into. Im definitely gonna keep an eye out for more to be released from this series.
Recommended for a light hearted read. I agree with other reviewers that this book had potential, but there were certain things that I thought fell flat, most especially the fact that Mrs. Yelvertson bought so whole heartedly into Trey’s ruse about being a wedding planner. There were good comedic moments, good romantic moments, but I felt like it needed to be tied together better. I am looking forward to other books n the series particularly Jameson, who is intriguing. Decent start with potential to grow.

I freaking loved this book! So many laugh out loud moments! This is my first read by Cole and definitely not my last. This is the story of Bethany and Trey and the love found between two people who were more closer than you would imagine. Trey is supposed to be the wedding planner but he has a HUGE secret and Bethany has just quit her job. Bethany had me roaring with laughter and Trey was more sensitive than you would believe. The amount of hijinks that ensue are fraught with laughter, emotions, some tear jerker moments and some very hot lovin’. I enjoyed this read and the rest of the Shadows gang. I cannot wait for the next book in this series. I know it won’t disappoint! An amazing, very happy read! 4.5 stars!

Hard to put down, interesting premise and scenes, provocative as well as captures the imagination.
After reading the blurb for this one I had to check it out -bikers as wedding planners seemed like a fun read. Unfortunately, this one fell a bit flat for me and ended up being just…meh…and really wasn’t my type of book. I think it had a lot of potential and really liked some of the story, but at times the story seemed all over the place and lacked a feeling of continuity to tie all the various plot lines and subplots together. There were some really great secondary characters and I think the series may have potential, but the initial setup for the series was a bit too awkward for me.
I received an advance reader copy from the publisher via NetGalley which I voluntarily reviewed.
I really wanted to love this story — how fun is it that a bunch of alpha male, tatted-up bikers get roped into a ruse that they are wedding planners!? But I just didn’t get that SPARK from the story. I needed more heart and humor — all the emotions felt very flat and impersonal. Great concept of storyline and characters but I needed more depth, development and dimension to make a connection. To Have and to Harley just didn’t engage me, but I did appreciate that it wasn’t a typical MC romance trope.
2.5 stars
I took a chance on Regina Cole’s To Have and to Harley because it intrigued me; bikers turned wedding planners, I had to see where it went. I am SO, SO, glad I did. I loved the interaction and the odd matchup. Things turn a little dark in the middle and there were times that I wanted to slap both the hero and heroine. However, things came around to where I wanted them to by the end, so much so that I hope all 12 of the Shadows get their own book. Bikers turned wedding planners is fabulous and creative and wonderful.

To Have and to Harley is definitely an interesting take on a biker book, it is the first book in the Bikers & Brides series by Regina Cole. A laugh out loud, feel good romance, with a little angst and a lot of deceit.
When one little lie turns into a whirlwind of deception, we get a very interesting story. Put in a difficult situation, afraid to disappoint his new found family, Trey lies. For the first time in a long time Trey was ashamed to be the leader of an MC and couldn’t tell his mother he was a criminal. He was caught off guard and blurted the first thing that came to mind, courtesy of the magazine he was looking at, he was a wedding planner. Before he knew it, he was hired to plan his sister’s wedding.
Bethany knew the moment she laid eyes on Trey, that he was deceitful. Trying to protect the only family she knows, she is determined to catch him in his lies, but she had him all wrong. The last thing she expected was to fall in love with the biker passing as a wedding planner.
This book was entertaining and hard to put down. Despite the fact that it was very different than any MC book I’ve read, I found myself enjoying it immensely. A fun read with just enough angst to keep you wanting more. Cole gave us an interesting plot with some intriguing characters. I loved that she also gave us some very lovable secondary characters. She set this book up to be the perfect start to a great series. I’m excited to see what we will be getting next.
This is a new to me author, and also first in the series, so I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect. I love MC books, and the blurb sounded interesting, so I decided to take a chance.
Trey is a self proclaimed modern day Robin Hood. He and his “band of merry men” (MC brothers) are thugs that only target bad guys. At the beginning of the story, he is a tough guy. But when he meets the other characters, his entire demeanor changes. He begins a complicated lie that quickly gets out of hand.
Bethany Jernigan is a woman alone. She has no family, except for her best friend’s family, who she would do anything for. When her best friend asks for a favor, Bethany doesn’t hesitate. She quickly agrees. She has no idea what she is getting in the middle of!
From the very beginning, this book seems to be a comedy of errors. Anything that can go wrong, does. While the story is different than most MC stories, I had a hard time connecting with the characters, and a difficult time staying interested in the book itself. Although it was a well written book and funny as all get out, it was not very believable. This story would be great for someone looking for a light-hearted, funny story, but it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for.
What an amazing love story!
Trey, true to his name, has three new women in his life, and he’s learning to love each one! Not what you’re thinking, this is a straight-up romance that finds the abandoned-as-a-baby and soul-lost loner reconnecting with his birth mom and his younger sister, all while navigating a hot-as-hell attraction to his sister’s best friend, Bethany.
Bethany is at a low point in her life, and she desperately needs someone strong to hold on to. Trey seems to be all that and a bag of chips, but she can’t shake the feeling that he’s hiding something. Probably because he is. And it’s not easy to hide eleven badass biker buddies, not even for Trey.
This rom-com has one the most original setups I’ve ever read, and the comedy flows naturally throughout. There’s no shortage of surprisingly deep moments as Trey struggles to reconcile his past with his future, while finding his true self in the middle. The author hits all the right notes with characters that are both amazing and realistic, and conflicts that smack right in the heart.
This is an action-packed, sex-filled, emotion-driven adventure through what it means to be a family. Don’t miss this book – it’s longer than most, but well worth the read. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book through NetGalley.
