Rosé did not sign up for this. Starting a romance with a mysterious billionaire wasn’t part of the job request. Pink Inc. matched clients with temp workers, not couples. She didn’t know his secret would intrigue her enough to make her fall for him. But soon she found herself saying, “I don’t care what he is, I’m not going to let him go.”Brand has been living in the dark for so long that he’s … so long that he’s forgotten life’s true beauty. Love was a curse for his family. “I am just going to paint her. Once she sees me, it’s all over.” Little did he know that she was going to make him her dirty beast after dark. And the nights they spent as one would restore his faith in living in the light.
Come for the beast, stay for the love.

When Rose was sent to work as the assistant to Brand Choi i dont think she thought that things as curses and magic existed. The only thing that can break the family curse is the love of a woman. Is Rose the woman the prophecy is about or will she run and break his heart like all the others before her.
A fantastic erotic retelling of the classic Beauty and the Beast that will have you wishing for a beast of your own….

In this retelling of Beauty and the Beast the main characters are Rose and Brand. It’s a short read so it moves along quickly from Rose’s arrival to falling in love. I found it really enjoyable. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
The cab driver dropped Rose Chae off at the main gates of the mansion. It looked like she still had a distance to walk, but the driver said they were not permitted any further than the gate, that it was all private property. She would be the live-in assistant for a recluse artist for 6 months and would be paid $1,000 per day. Normally she would not take such a long job-commitment, but the money was too good to pass up. She had seen Brand Choi’s art exhibit, but no one had ever seen the actual artist, not even his art agent.
Mr. and Mrs. Park were the caretakers, and they showed Rose around. The mansion was beautiful, but much work was needed to clean and air out the many rooms. When Rose later took a warm bath with rose water, she fell asleep and had a dream. The next evening, a book of fairytales — illustrated for adults rather than children, with beautiful hand-painted pictures — was left outside the door to her room.
The young master rang the bell for her and Rose put on a blindfold as instructed and entered his room. He wanted to paint her. When she fell asleep, he carried her back to her room. She worked in the rose garden, getting the rose bushes healthy again. She pressed roses in between plastic and put them in the many books he had in the library. She even helped Mr. Park work on the tree arch outside which allowed more moonlight to enter his room. She cleaned and scrubbed the entire manor. He knew that would never be enough for her and decided this would be her last night there.
Brand asked Mrs. Park to tell Rose he would be having dinner with her in the grand dining room. He even told Mrs. Park he missed her dinners, and he smiled at her which almost brought her to happy tears. Rose didn’t have a dress, so Mr. Park took her to town and the seamstress made one for her. Another shopkeeper provided a lovely locket. Rose questioned why Brand stopped entertaining and coming into town, and she was told of a curse! But he would not tell her more aside from the fact he had the mark of the beast. She would have to find out more at the dinner tonight. What secret would she discover? And what would she do about it? This was her opportunity to leave – would she, or did she dare to stay?
This book is modeled on a fairytale that is easily recognized, but with differences to make it unique and interesting for the reader. Rose is a strong character, very determined. Brand had such a beautiful life until the curse took it all away. Grab your copy and see if there is any hope of a true fairytale ending!

A sexy retelling of Beauty and the Beast! I really enjoyed this spin on a classic tale! The characters were uniquely different from the original tale but still remained as good representatives of them. Parts of the story were excellently spicy and well written. There was some parts that lacked clarity in development but overall it was a fun read.

In this book we meet Rose and Brand. Rose is just looking to work her job get her paycheck and be done with it. However when she meet Brand she feels a pull to something more. Brand isn’t looking for anything more than a model to paint however one look at Rose and he just hopes there is a chance she might want something more with him. Both are looking for more but didn’t know it until they meet the other. Can they find their HEA or will it all be an illusion?
This is an amazing book. It has it’s ups and downs that I really want to tell you about. However I don’t want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Unlike other stories of this genre, this one stuck close to the original story. There was magic and mystery, suspense and intrigue, romance and sex.
Rose is the one who will break the curse that Brand has been living with all these years. She’s adventurous, open, and accepting. All the traits needed as Brand reveals his whole beast like self to her. She doesn’t run, but declares her love and commitment to him. He sacrifices everything for her safety, even his own existence, which ultimately wins his life back.
Lots of intense, passionate, raw scenes together as Brand really is an enchanted beast. Very well done retelling of this favorite fairytale!

The good storyline and the interesting characters made this book a very enjoyable and entertaining read!
A retelling of Beauty and the Beast which I totally love. Maybe it is the length of the story, but it was a bit choppy for me. It jumped around a bit and went between timelines (past and present) which when reading along got confusing. Basically, I liked the story but it needed more detail.
I received a complimentary copy through Booksprout.
A nice little story adaptation from Beauty and the Beast – Adult version. The storyline at times gets very wordy and I lose the stream of where the author going with this. Then in about a page there is dialogue that brings me back on track. Warning: Explicit scenes
Recommending this book for your reading list but not a high priority.
