is the postmaster in town. He is a quiet & caring man. Having his own insecurities that he’s carried since childhood. Cullen, helped his friend, write an ad for a mail order bride. The day she arrived, things did not go as planned. Rose Leander, had recently been in an unfortunate accident, & was injured. Because of it, she would not be able to do her job properly. Rose longed for a normal life, & to be married, & have a family. When everyone hears that Cullen corresponded with Rose, on his friend’s behalf. They felt Cullen
should step up, & help Rose.

Cullen Reagan lived his life in the shadow of his past. his mother worked in a brothel and he lived there until the age of 6. He has a good heart and is helpful in the Community.
