When I ran out in front of his speeding motorcycle, I was desperate. I had no idea who he was. I needed help, and he was my only prayer.Cash Flannigan was handsome. He was intense. He was irresistible. And, he was a member of Devil’s Disciples MC.He was exactly what I needed to get out of a jam at that instant, but not at all what I needed in my life. But, as a “thank you” for him saving me on … you” for him saving me on that dreadful night, I agreed to go on a date.
After all, I was divorced, sexually deprived, and reaching an age where it seemed no one wanted me.
Having a young biker look at me with lustful eyes was a nice change.
A change that made me tingle in all the right places.
One date wouldn’t hurt
Just one…
Stand alnoe, HEA, no cheating. If you enjoy the books of Vi Keeland, LJ Shen, Brittany Cherry, or Staci Hart, you will certainly enjoy this read.

Just finished this one from Scott! Great read, highly recommend!
I’ll start by saying no one write an MC story the say Scott Hildreth does. His stories are filled with the perfect ratio or laughter, sex and angst. Cash was no exception. Cash and Kimberly couldn’t have met in a more unconventional way. However that one meeting leads to many more. The fact it was an older woman/younger man romance made the story even better for me. In Kimberly’s character you see an older woman with her own life and a lifetime worth of experiences in her. She knew what she wanted and she wasn’t going to accept anything less than that. I couldn’t stop reading until I was finished. There were giggles, tears and a lot of fanning going on. I can’t wait to see what else you have in store for us with this series!!!
Cash (Devil’s Disciples MC #2) by Scott Hildreth is another great story in this series. I must admit that Cash did not a lot for me in the first book, Baker, but he certainly redeemed himself in this book. The characters are men who look out for each other and are right the wrongs that they see affecting others. They are not perfect and are most definitely flawed by their pasts. Once again I found myself laughing out loud and often tears running down my face. One of the characters Jennifer is absolutely insane but you cannot help but love her. Scott’s writing is once again spot on and he is very talented with his words.
Cash is often over looked in the brains department but is loyal to a fault and not afraid to say his peace. He is also the brawn in the club and is not afraid to use it. He is a sworn bachelor and no woman can make him change his mind or can they?
Grab a copy of the book, grab a drink and prepare for one good ride.
I’m not sure where to stop and start this review. Cash is crazy and he has his own way of thinking. Everything with him is pretty much black and white, it just is what it is. Kimberly, older lady with a shoe story, a crazy neighbor, an ex that isn’t worth anything, and a love of flowers. So what happens when these two meet you gotta buy the book to see and oh my, wait until you meet Erin!!!!!!
Cash is book 2 in the Devil’s Disciples series. Cash and Kimberley will have you laughing from the start, Cash’s character is very unique and Kimberly Balances their relationship perfectly.
Cash is the second book in the Devil’s Disciples MC series and this one is a little grittier, a little dirtier and has you loving these bunch of modern day Robin Hood’s just a little more. When Kimberley comes running straight into Cash’s path there is no way he will be able to swerve out of the way to protect his heart. Their story packs a punch and has you gripped from start to finish.
Scott Hildreth did it again! He writes an MC story like no other, he captures your attention from the beginning with the perfect amount of laughter, angst and romance to keep you entertained till the end. Scott’s stories have a way of taking your breath away by gripping your heart and making you smile. The banter between Cash and Kimberly was amazing, I loved every moment of it. At first I was not sure how I was going to feel about Kimberly being so much older than Cash but the way this is written, the age difference is forgotten. This book was simply fantastic.
Oh my!! This book had me rolling my eyes, laughing out loud and even brought a tear to eye as I worked myself through this book! I love the banter between the ‘brothers’, I spat my coffee out at one point in the book! But they are also quick to call each other on their bullsh*t.
Kimberley was everything Cash didn’t know he wanted, a confident, sassy, independent woman. He comes to her rescue initially when she literally runs into him on his motorcycle and its the start of something beautiful. And I FLOVE his Mum, Erin!!
Second book in Devil’s Diciples series. If you love the MC genre of romance, then Scott Hildreth is a must read.
Awesome book
Cash and Kimberly fit together like a puzzle . Erin was adorable she wasn’t afraid to make Cash mind . Overall I enjoyed the book. Kimberly’s friend Jennifer was a crazy neighbor who meant well.
Devil’s Disciples Book 2
I finally got to my TBR list this weekend, and Cash was crying out to me! I loved Baker so much and I knew Scott wouldn’t disappoint!
There are so many things I love about Scott’s books (In a healthy, constructive way, I promise!)
First off, being a “vintage” gal myself (let’s just say over 39), to see a older woman, younger man scenario was absolutely heartwarming. It’s nice to read that just because a woman is of a certain age, she can still be sexy and worthy of love and respect! So thank you for that Scott!
Second, I loved the chemistry of Cash and Kimberly! I loved their honesty, their vulnerability and not gonna lie, their sex life. It was off the charts, white hot. Scott has an amazing talent of writing the smexy with grit, heart and such realism. To have a man write this amazes me with how spot on he is and he gives no apologies for it! So thank you Scott, for that!
Third, the humor! It’s so funny and so dry, I absolutely laugh out loud when I read Scott’s books. The scene with Chex Mix absolutely slayed me, so damn funny!
I could go on and on… The secondary characters are the bomb, I loved Jennifer, she could so be my best friend. Cash’s mom, Erin was what every mom should be!
The heart and alpha swagger of Cash was spectacular! I love him, truly, deep in my lady nuggets, love him!
Scott is one of the few male romance authors I read, he is exceptional! You have a fan for life with this old gal Scott! Please don’t ever stop writing!
Readers – Get Cash now! You will thank me later. Do yourself a favor and read all of Scott’s books, you will give me an even bigger thank you!
Love Cash
Scott has again written another well written story that is hard to put down. Cash is a hot and sexy read. Cash and Kimberly have great chemistry. This book was hard to stop reading. Can’t wait for the next one in this series
Kimberly Welch had given more than 20 years of her life to a man who didn’t deserve her trust, love or loyalty. She’s finally on her own and living life on her terms. She has a home, owns a shoe boutique, her garden and a best friend that lives across the street. What she doesn’t have is a man . . .and she is okay with that. She also has a restraining order on her ex, Marvin. When he appears on her doorstep late one night, extremely drunk and violent a man driving by on his motorcycle is her only hope for escaping the assault her ex had planned for her.
When a woman in pajamas runs in front of his bike and tells him she’s being assaulted, Cash Flannigan jumps into action. After beating the ex to the point he couldn’t move till the cops arrived, Cash takes his leave after he’s done filling the cops in . . . but he can’t stop thinking about Kimberly. She may be a bit older than him, but she’s gorgeous with the perfect hourglass figure to match. It’s perfectly normal for him to want to stop by her house and check in on her, right?
Despite the age difference, both Cash and Kimberly find themselves intrigued by one another . . . so much so that Cash may be willing to give a relationship a go for the first time in his life and that Kimberly may just be willing to chance heartbreak again. But Cash doesn’t want to feel like Kimberly has too much control over him and doesn’t like that he feels he needs her. And, Kimberly isn’t sure she can handle Cash’s role in the Devil’s Disciples as the muscle . . .especially when she has witnessed him lashing out in violence more than once. They are perfect together, but will need to get through their own insecurities before they can truly be what the other needs.
Cash was an unexpected surprise from Scott Hildreth . . .although, as a fan, I should know to expect the unexpected from Scott. Cash was the type of guy who sees things in black or white. You are in the right or you are in the wrong. But he also has a hidden depth that you have to look for to see. He’s a history buff and a bit of a kid at heart. Kimberly’s age isn’t even a consideration for him . . . rather, it’s the fact that for the first time in his life he wants to be around a woman for more than sex.
Kimberly certainly doesn’t need a man. But, that doesn’t mean she wouldn’t like one . . . especially one that is as sexy and protective as Cash. She’s loving her time with him and finding it easy to accept him into her life, and that scares her a bit as well because what if he’s suddenly no longer there. I rooted for them both to work through their own personal baggage so this unconventional couple could make a true go of a relationship.
This is a fabulous love story. Kimberly’s best friend Jennifer makes for some fantastic comedic relief and Cash’s MC brothers add another layer of depth in getting to know who Cash really is. Cash’s mother may also be one of my new favorite Hildreth side characters. This spunky and sassy Irish lady is a true delight! The ending to this book had me smiling from ear to ear and may be one of Scott’s best happy ever afters to date.
4.5 stars!
OK, I admit it, I’m a tad addicted to Scott Hildreth’s writing. I was a quarter through another book and set it aside, just to read Cash. And I was not disappointed.
When I read Baker, and we were first introduced to Cash, I didn’t like him. Plain and simple. He was a hothead, who acted and spoke without thinking. And in a way, I kind of hoped he’d get written out of this series. While I still think of him being a hothead, he has become much more likable after finishing this book. Cash and Kimberly make quite the duo, and with Kimberly being 13 yrs Cash’s senior, really makes for an enjoyable story. The dealings with Marvin, Kimberly’s ex, were just what a lowlife like Marvin deserves.
Mr. Hildreth has said himself, this is not like his other MC series, and I agree wholeheartedly. Cash is a standalone and can be read easily without reading Baker first. But I suggest reading the series in order to get the most out of it.
