Connor is Kerri’s good luck charm, but is he lucky enough to win her heart?Basketball star Kerri “Killer O’Connor” knows she’s bad luck, and she’s tried everything to keep it from ruining her life — a rabbit’s foot, a horseshoe, her dad’s lucky shirt — she’s never without one. When her dad gets hurt in a freak accident on Friday the 13th, Kerri is sure she’s to blame, but then a boy shows up … Kerri is sure she’s to blame, but then a boy shows up wearing her father’s old sweatshirt, and Kerri’s luck suddenly does a 180.
Convinced that Connor Murphy is the talisman she needs to change her fate, Kerri begs him to be there for her while her dad is recuperating. Connor doesn’t believe in luck, but he’d do anything to win the girl of his dreams, even if that means spending all his time with Kerri.
Connor never expected to fall for the kooky girl with the crazy superstitions, and Kerri’s convinced that Connor wants someone else. But when luck turns to love, can Connor convince Kerri that he’s more than just her lucky charm?

Kellie McAllen is a great writer, I have fallen in love with this series and can’t wait to read the next book in the series April Fools’ Joke, I think it may also be time to sink my teeth into one of Kellies other series, the choice is which one to start with, if you get to the bottom of this and have a recommendation please let me know.
A charming read!
Connor is Kerri’s good luck charm…
But is he lucky enough to win her heart?
A story about bad luck and good luck charms. A story about finding love. A story about overcoming your bad luck.
Absolutely adored this fun, flirty read that has wonderful characters, especially the hero, and has a perfect ending to this charming read.
So many elements I loved that made it relatable to the real world – finding it in you to believe yourself is the most important and I loved how it was handled.
Full of bad luck, good luck charms, family, drama, uncertainty and a fun, flirty romance.
Perfect for readers of contemporary romances.
I have enjoyed reading about Kerri and Connor. Boy, I would not want to relive those high school days not that mine were bad. Kerri doesn’t even know how cool she is and poor Connor hasn’t got a clue. Let me take that back about Connor he has a clue but still does not know what to do. This mash up of characters has kept the story on it feet with the absolute zaniness of school and home life.
Even though this is a more YA book I really enjoyed the story. You are never to old to think back to your school days with tears, laughter and some fear on occasion.
So charming and FUN! Kellie McAllen is an author new to me (I’ve read one other book by her) and I have to say, I enjoyed this super fun read very much. A sweet, delightful story that is also funny and entertaining. The characters in the story are believable and not just “placed” in the story for a filler. They are well developed as is the story and easy to follow. If all of this author’s books are as charming as this read, I will be a fan for life.
Good Luck Charm is a wonderfully fun, romantic comedy! I love Kerri and Connor’s story! It will keep you entertained from the beginning page to the last.
